We were soon standing outside of the huge house for the party. Music was blaring and shaking the house. Liam saw I was nervous. " never been to a party?" He asked. " nope," I said," plus birthday parties don't count." He grabbed my hand and lead me inside finding our way through the maze of people. We stopped in the living room in front of these guys and girls. " guys this is Brittany my girlfriend." I smiled and blushed. He then pointed to a curly haired guy and said that was Harry. Then next to Harry was this gorgeous girl with dark brunette hair and purple at the bottom of her hair, her name was Cosette. Her and Harry are dating. Next to her was Louis and his girlfriend Eleanor. Then it was Zayn and Niall was there too cause her already met them before we arrived. We all started talking. Louis was funny. " you should go shopping with me and Eleanor sometime," Cosette said smiling. " ok that would be great," I replied. Eleanor , Cosette and I talked and became really good friends. They were really sweet and nice. I gave them my number before they walked away with their boyfriends to go mingle with other people here. Now it was only me and Liam standing there talking. " wanna drink?" He asked. " no I don't drink alcohol." I told him. He looked surprised but then nodded. " I will be back princess I'm going to go get me a drink." He then left me alone. I felt someone's stare burning into my back I turn around and nobody was staring. Then this guy with dark brown hair and a jock/ jerk sort of appearance appeared in front of me. " hey hot stuff, how bout you come home with me tonight?" He said and winked. " how about no jerk face," I said while I stomped on his foot and turned to walk away. He then pushed me up against the wall. " I always get what I want ," he said angrily. Just then Liam came back and saw the guy and I was struggling to get out of his grasp. Liam dropped his beer on the ground and then punched him in the face. " stay away from my girl friend if you know what's good for you," Liam said in a dark tone. Liam then grabbed my hand and tightly pulled me outside to his car. " get in," he demanded and was still angry bout that guy. " I don't wanna go," I stated. " Brittany please get in the car now," he said more demanding than before. Not wanting to make him mad I got in and we drove away from the party. It was silent in the car for a while till finally Liam spoke up. " I'm sorry we had to leave, but I would have beaten that guy even more if we stayed , plus I didn't like all those guys looking at you like your a piece of meat." " it's ok Liam," I told. I texted the girls to let them know.

We drove for another 15 minutes till we finally arrived at my flat. " you coming in?" I asked. " yes," he said and smiled. We walked hand in hand to my front door. Then I saw it my door lock was broken and my door to my flat stood wide open. Liam looked at me and I looked at him. I had fear on my face." stay behind me, Brittany ." I did as he said and together we walked in and I walked right behind him. I got scared and grabbed his hand. He looked at me a gave me a reassuring squeeze on my hand. He then turn on the lights and that's when I saw it; my flat was a mess. The couch cushions thrown around my glasses shatter on the floor. The tv smashed along with the coffee table. Everything was broken and thrown around. Liam told me he would be right back as he checked the other rooms to make sure nobody was still in the flat. While he was doing that I noticed a note on the counter. I walked over and picked it up to read it. Instantly I recognized the sloppy handwriting.

I found you bitch! Looks like you weren't here but I will find stupid whore. I will come back to get you and make sure you pay for leaving me. Stupid bitch I'm here for you so get ready to suffer the hell I'm going to put you through when I get my hands on you.

I was more than frightened right now if that was at all possible. I started to shake really bad and I ended up dropping to the floor. Liam walked back out and he saw me shaking on the floor and rushed to me. He looked at me with worry in his eyes. At this point I was crying and shaking badly. Liam grabbed the note out of my hand. " what is this Brittany?" He questions. "Who is Derek?"
While still crying I said my abusive ex boyfriend that I used to live with. Then I told him the whole story bout him and why I moved to London and started learning how to box. I also told him bout the texts.During the story I noticed anger in Liam's eyes and he would clench his fist,but when he would look at me his eyes would soften and showed love." Does he love me?" I thought for a moment, but then quickly pushed the thought away. After I was done I stopped crying and was still shaking. Liam pulled me into his strong arms and kissed my forehead soothing me. A few minutes I was calm Liam asked " we need to go to the police about this." I looked at him shocked. " no, no, no we can't tell the cops you will only make it worse for me; when he gets me and we told the cops he will kill me. He is gonna hurt me so much worse then." I told. " Brittany," he sighed in defeat," ok we won't tell the cops. I was still in his arms and he looked down into my eyes. " I promise I will protect you and keep you safe princess." Liam promised. He leaned down and we kissed a slow passionate kiss. Then he said," pack up some of your things your moving in with me and not buts about it." " ok and by the way I would love to move in with you anyways," I told him honestly. We packed up some stuff of mine and put it in his car. We left to his flat. When I walked in I noticed how huge the place was. Well duh I thought he is a famous professional boxer. " wow," I said breathless. " how many rooms are there?"I asked. " 3 huge bed rooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room." Liam replied with a smile on his face noticing my awe of his flat. " here is the room," he said as he opened a door. I put my stuff on the floor. " I'm sharing a room with you?" I asked. " yes if that's ok with you?" He shyly asked. " yes that's fine." I replied blushing. " you always blush Brittany." That made me blush more. He leaned in a gave me a quick little kiss. " I know you tired cause its been a long day; let's go to sleep." He told me. I went to the bathroom and got changed and walked out to find Liam laying in the bed with his shirt off. I stared at his abs. " like what you see?" He joked. That made me blush. I walked over to the bed and laid down next to him. To say I was exhausted was an understatement. Liam pulled me closer to him and kissed my head.
" goodnight princess." I was too tired to reply so I let sleep take over my body.
