"Do you perhaps, know each other, a-already?" Mr. Netero asked the three of you. He asked even though he knew the answer to that question. Every single reaction we showed justified a 'yes'.

We all stood silent. You locked in glances with neither of them. Iwaizumi looked away and rubbed his neck with disbelief of your presence. Oikawa made a couple of stares towards you, immediately looking away when Mr. Netero notices him. Damn this is awkward!

"Y-yes, w-we do know each other. We were classmates in high school," Oikawa said to break the silence. He glanced when speaking at Mr. Netero then abruptly shifted his attention to you. You broke the eye contact and glanced at Mr. Netero instantly, making Oikawa and Iwaizumi mirror your actions.

"Well then that is great! We must not need proper introductions, seeing we all go way back with each other," Mr. Netero said while pointing his index finger up. "Oh- I suppose I have to continue with details!" He continued. He gestured for the three of us to sit down. I sat on the empty chair next to Iwaizumi. Iwaizumi's hair blocked you and Oikawa from seeing each other. It's less awkward and definitely better.

"Thank you Ms. (Y/N) for giving time to meet the new recruits. Do you perhaps know the reason why I have called you here?" Mr. Netero asked with a friendly tone.

"Unfortunately not," you answered. Both Iwaizumi and Oikawa glanced at you when you answered. It seems like they've missed the sound of your voice. A visible gentle smile rosed upon Oikawa's face.

"Well, you see— these new recruits will fill in the positions of your team!" Mr. Netero said with a spirit. Fill ins? MY team? You were utterly confused.

"I apologize sir, but I don't seem to understand what you're saying. My team and I are fine and are no need of any replacements or fill ins," you replied with a confused tone.

"Two positions from your team are currently vacant, Ms. (Y/N). Ms. Keiko is on maternity leave while Mr. Ryu has resigned! I guess Mr. Tetsu haven't told you," Mr. Netero continued with a chuckle. "That man. That's a Mr. Tetsu specialty!" he chuckled.

"Oh," you replied. That's a Mr. Tetsu specialty. You left a grin on your face after hearing that well-known office catchphrase and continued engaging in the conversation.

"I believe the talk here is done. Ms. (Y/N), care to give further instructions for your new team members?" Mr. Netero said while standing up. You nodded as a response. The three of you stood up and bowed as he left the room.

"Right then," you switched your position, facing Oikawa and Iwaizumi equally.

"Follow me."

You lead Oikawa and Iwaizumi right to their new cubicles. Mr. Tetsu followed behind the both of them. Oikawa took Ms. Keiko's while Iwaizumi took Mr. Ryu's desk. The desks were across each other.

"In this office we refer each other formally, Mr. Oikawa and Mr. Iwaizumi."

"The introductory for the rest of the team members as well as further informations will be given by Mr. Tetsu, my assistant," you continued. The man revealed himself and bowed before Oikawa and Iwaizumi. He gave them his biggest smile.

"I'll be in my office if you need me."

You were bound to leave after saying that but Mr. Tetsu eyed you. Do I really have to say that? Fine.

"I look forward to working with you," you said as you bowed and left.

"Out of all the people, why them?" you said in frustration.

There was definitely an advantage being a CEO's right hand. You get to have your own personal office room. Great news is, the walls aren't thin.

Exhausted with being emotional, you sat down on your comfy teal office chair. You laid your head on the desk, and used both of your arms as a pillow. You sighed in disbelief. I don't know if I can do this.

-

You are no longer emotionally driven and have decided to continue your work. It's been a journey full of energy-draining business projects in a marketing corporation. A food corporation has just released a new product and they handed the advertisement project to you. You were after all, a creative head and an experienced personnel in your field.

The thing is, you'll always need your team. No matter what. You have to work with them and they have to work with you. Your new team members seem to have bugged your mind. As much as you want to avoid having contact with both Oikawa and Iwaizumi, you will end up meeting them at some point.

"Wow. This is pretty challenging, even for me. I have no idea on where to start telling the team!" you said to yourself.

"Oh don't underestimate yourself, Ms. (Y/N)."

There he was. Oikawa Tooru. Leaning against your door frame, drawing a visible smirk on his beautifully god crafted lips. His mannerisms seem like it didn't go through a change since you parted in high school. Still so friendly and seductive, I see.

"You're capable of amazing things," his voice cooed again.

You looked away and chuckled. You stared back at him intimidatingly, hoping it would break his aura.

"What are your needs here, Mr. Oikawa?" you asked him. You put down the project paper work on the table and put both of your hands on your thighs.

"To see the familiar face of yours, of course," he teased you. He crossed his arms and stared back at you, giving the same intimidating energy. He cracked a chuckle. Your heart raced but not enough to stir your cheeks rosy red.

"I'm kidding, Ms. (Y/N)."

"Mr. Tetsu explained everything and all, but he missed to give us an office floor tour. That's a shame. Iwa-chan and I were really looking forward to it. We would like to know what we're working with," he continued while not breaking eye contact at all.

Ugh, that pretty eyes of his. There's something about his look that rises up the tension between you two, and he knows how much it affects you. He's hot and he knows it. Being truthful to yourself, you realize how attractive he has become during the few years. Enough. You decided that it won't affect you anymore, especially when you're working.

"Alright then," you answered as you stood up.

"Perhaps I'll do you the honors to freshen up your memory—" you walked towards his way, killing the distance between the two of you.

"We refer each other formally here. It's Mr. Iwaizumi," you said emphasizing the word 'Mr.' as you cocked a fake smile on your face.

"As for the tour, please call Mr. Iwaizumi here," you continued.

Oikawa stopped leaning and stood up respectfully. He looked at you deeply and smiled as a response to the way you're acting.

"I'll give you a tour myself."
