(Midoriya) Under The Bed

The air was cold yet stuffy, though quickly warmed by the two bodies stuck in the small space. One huffed out a breath, trying his best to wriggle his way out - but to no avail. You laughed openly, thoroughly enjoying Midoriya's struggle. "Deku, how in the world are you expecting to get out of here?" You giggled, ignoring the pressure of the bed above you. "You can't just expect to," you gestured to his arms, "push-up your way out of here."

A laugh escaped Midoriya as well, his eyes bright even among the low light. "I'm strong enough, I could totally do this!"

"Right, you're going to lift this bed on your back with a push-up?" You laughed. "I've seen your form before, come on, it isn't that great!"

Midoriya turned back on you from inspecting the ridges of the underside of the side. "I'll have you know, I deadlifted a steel beam once!"

"Oh, you did?"

"On one hand!"

You burst into laughter again, ignoring the painful jab of metal against your side. "I thought you were just fast?" You teased, smiling widely when Midoriya huffed in false indignation, never one to be able to hold his facades for long.

"It's your fault we're under here. All yours," Midoriya smiled. "I take no responsibility."

Your breath hitched as you felt a metal piece dig into your arm. "Get us out of here, and we'll talk about responsibility," you concluded. "I'm not going to argue about this with someone who thought it was a good idea to crawl under here and get me out this way, instead of, I don't know," you fixed him with teasing eyes. "Pulling me out by my leg?"

The pout was evident in Midoriya's voice as he tried to lift the bed again, but failed. "Why were you under here in the first place?"

You would not tell him that Aizawa's cat had gotten into the dorms, behind our bed, and left your room once you had gotten stuck. You would not. "That's none of your business," you pouted.

"Oh, sure, I'll just leave you here, then."

"Deku! Don't you dare!"
