I sat queitly at the table while Liam was making me something to eat. "How does a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with a banana and milk on the side sound?" He asked with a smile. I smiled as well "that sounds very yummy, thank you Liam" I said he had a weird look on his face for just a second before he smiled and nodded, he then began to make me my lunch. He cut my banana up into pieces, and cut my sandwich into 4's, he then put milk in my bottle. He sat the stuff down in front of me and then sat down beside me. "Thank you Liam" I said again before I began to eat my food. "Your welcome hun" he said

I watched as my girl ate, I was a little sad that Callie wasn't calling me daddy, but I understood as well, she wasn't ready yet. "Okay hunny, let's talk, what's going on with Lily is in no way your fault, what Samuel did was unacceptable, and was in no way your fault, you did not deserve the things he put you through, no matter what you did he had no right to physically, mentally or sexually abuse you, that's what it was it was abuse and you did not deserve it." I said she sat there staring at her food. "It's going to take time for you to understand my words but until then cutting yourself and beating yourself up is not the answer" I added "I understand, I'm sorry Liam" she said "I know sweetie, you will be properly punished later, but I want you to eat" I said she nodded and began to eat.

After eating Liam and I spent time with Alex before heading back to the hospital to stay with Lily. We thanked Spencer before turning our attention to Lily. "Hey honey mommy is back" I said as I reached through the arm whole and lightly rubbed Lily's belly. Liam got on the other side of the incubator.
