Dating Edgar was, let's say time consuming. You'd wait for hours as he, "adds the finishing touches". Even after that he'd barely even try and cuddle you. The most amount of effort he put into the relationship was probably pulling you into rough kisses and leaving, and one time drawing you. Which was sweet but you at least wanted him to hold you and whisper sweet nothings into your ear like those fanfics you read. Don't act all innocent now,

Anyways, big match. Duo hunters, big map, nig hunters, soooo many survivors. You found it thrilling, the rescuers thought otherwise because people were constantly getting chaired. Kevin's lasso breaks in the game a lot so he only uses it on people dead on chair or the females. You were a kiter, and you did really well in duos, plus you gotta shoot the hunters.

This match one decoder didn't leave your side saying, "oh I'm going to protect you this entire round!" It was cute, or would be if your boyfriend wasn't watching the match. But it was nice, having someone protect you and care for you the whole match.

You smiled and laughed at the small things in the conversations as you decoded. He seemed like he really cared. The person in question was Luca Balsa. The prisoner, his messy brown hair that looked like he never brushes his hair and bruised eye caused the other to make incorrect conclusions. He was actually really smart and kind, nothing like the conclusion that he was a dumb rat.

Your heart started to beat and as soon as Luca's did he pulled you off the cipher by pulling you by your waist. "We have to go, they are definitely coming because of the cipher." He whispered in your ear before smiling and grabbing your wrist and running away from the cipher to another. He made another connection as you still tried to figure out what happened. You laughed it off and got to decoding and Luca soon joined.

"So why are you protecting me?" You asked and turned to look at him. He looked at you a little confused.

"Why not protect you? You aren't nice and I want too! Plus if you ask me Edgar he doesn't pay much attention, I've watched you ask him to cuddle or a kiss and he'd focus on the painting and say later." He laughed and you looked at the cipher before pushing him off of it. He looked even more confused before looking at the cipher. Primed..

"Cipher machine primed!" You gave him a weak smile and laughed. Before waiting for a reply from your teammates. Once someone yelled "focus on decoding!" You popped the cipher with Luca. He smiled and pulled you to the gate. You stopped him and went to a phone to buy a gun, Luca waited beside you and picked up the gun and gave it to you when it came out of the phone. You smiled and ran to the exit gate. You tried to act like he never mentioned that Luca never said anything about Edgar. Luca started to open the gate helping the other a little bit preparing to shoot the gun if the hunter teleports.

Oh look at that, you jinxed it. Do you feel good, well anyways you shot the hunter, which was feaster. Gross man, ew tentacles. Luca opened the gate just in time and pulled you. Feaster was one second from hitting you before Luca shocked him and stood behind you pushing you into the gate. You looked at him once you were open and smiled. "Oh my god thank you luca, I wasn't in the mood to be in pain. He only smiled and hugged you swaying side to side.

"No problem! That's what friends do!" He laughed and headed to the manor. Once you made it into the manor you and Luca's conversation ended. The two of you walked in calm silence. He had a goofy smile on his face as he opened the door for you and bowed his head. You laughed and walked through the open door.
