MAYAS POV:
as i finally reached the bathroom, i quickly ran into a stall as tears start to form in my eyes. how could he... just stand there like that? soon, i realized i was now full on balling my eyes out on the bathroom floor. so much for my last first day.

MATTIAS POV:
i couldn't believe it, it was her. look, i know you guys probably hate me right now but i wish i had a reasonable explanation other than i love her. i know that's a shitty excuse due to the shit ive put her through but it's true.

i was completely shocked when i seen her. she was even more beautiful; her grew a little longer & dyed it black, her lashes lusciously curled, the way he glossy lips shined as she talked. god i miss her more than anything.

but she'll never want me back. and i deserve that.

MAYAS POV:
i finally left the bathroom, ran back to class & continued on with my day. lena kept asking why i took so long but i ignoring her.

it was then lunch time, and we finally got to see katie. sadly surprising that we have no classes at all with each other only because she's only taking AP classes this year.

"heyyy my babes, what's for lunch today?, katie says enthusiastically as she walks over to lena & i. "um i think it's chicken tenders, apples and....

soon their voices started to fade out. i found myself staring into space. at him. we both made eye contact for a second as he was in the lunch line. do i miss him? of course not.

"maya? MAYA!", lena yells as she snaps me out my trance. i then go back into reality to see my best friends standing in front of me worried. "jesus what lena??!".

"what is up with you? ever since you came back from the bathroom you've been off". she says as i impulsively chew on a apple.

"ok so.. mattia is back". i breath out as katie & lena look at me with their jaw dropped. "what the fuck do you mean he's here?? i thought he was expelled". katies whisper yells.

"i thought so too but now he's here so-". i say as i soon cut off by a manly voice.

"sup ladies, missed you this summer", i turn around to see kairi and alejandro walking towards us. "omg i missed you guys"! i yell as i run up & attack them with a hug.

"hiii katie", ale says to her as he smirks. alejandro had always liked katie he just never asked her out. "soo what you guys been up to this summer"? kairi asks as they both sit down with us.

"nothing much, you know", i say referring to mattia. kairi & ale has a very close relationship with mattia before everything went down. kairi believes that mattia can be a good guy but ale won't forgive him. he was all a friend of ours but then he changed.

it was silent for a second until lena spoke up. "soo.. guys im hosting a party this Friday. y'know my annual first day of school party". she says excitedly.
"oh yeaa how could i forget, i passed out at one of your parties once". kairi responds making everyone laugh. "but yea, we'll be there for sure", i say.
