Marco's POV

I woke up to Star asking me to make her some nachos and was immediately annoyed. "Star it's like 3 in the morning, it's to early for this." I was tired. "But nachos, also I couldn't sleep" Star whined "that didn't mean you had to wake me up to suffer with you" getting out of my bed. Feeling the uncomfortable cold from the floors against my feet made me want to go back into my bed. Star fallowed me down the stairs into the kitchen, while making our snacks we talked a bit to pass by time. "NACHOS ARE DONE YAY!!!" Star yelled probably forgetting it was super late. "Star because we are awake doesn't mean everyone needs to be awake" rolling my eyes we walking up the stairs and into stars bedroom. After deciding to eat on the balcony we continued talking. "Hey Star look at the moon it's almost full" "yeah it is really pretty... WAIT it will be the blood moon soon" Star was extremely excited by this blood moon. "What on earth is a blood moon?" I was obviously confused but Star seems like she'd be happy to explain "The blood moon is when the moon turns red and it's a really big event for a lot of creatures like monsters and demons, they hold this awesome party called the blood moon ball! There even is this fun legend that whoever dances underneath the blood moons light together are destined to be together!! Or however it was worded but it sounds super exciting and romantic but most important it sounds like a really fun party." She stuffed more nachos in her mouth after explaining it to me "Wow destined to be together wouldn't that be nice to find your soulmate without doubt" "Hey Marco we should go! It be fun and what better to witness true love with a friend!" She seemed really excited by this idea and as her best friend I knew she had her heart set on this now. "Sure, why not?" "YES!" Star celebrated and ate the rest of the nachos. Rolling my eyes I turned around "I'm going back to sleep, and you should try and get some sleep." "Ugh fun I'll try and get some rest but it most likely won't happen" Star complained walking to her bed, but as soon as she laid down she fell asleep. Laughing I tell her goodnight and turn off the lights. Stumbling my way through the dark hallways into my bedroom I finally make it to my bed where I can get more sleep.
