I glumly walk towards my house as a tired yawn escapes my mouth. Man today has got to be the most weirdest day I have ever experienced. I groan as I smack my face, sliding it down tiredly. Not to mention that I got a heart to heart with my BULLIES of all people! God just what has the world come to today?

Noticing a tabby cat across the street, I decide to do something completely random. I open my mouth and I mimic a high pitched meow. The cat immediately turns and stares at me, then it unexpectedly responds.

Extremely excited, I respond in the exact pitch, believing myself to be a cat whisperer or something. As I stare at the cat, waiting for it to meow back, it instead looks around for a moment before walking away.

"Mew!" I mewl.

The cat stops again, head much higher then earlier as it looks around with round pupils.

"Mew."

The cat turns around as it stares directly at me. This time I mewl softly, barely moving my lips as the cat moves closer, meowing.

Hehe yes, I am the cat whisperer. I smile, feeling incredibly happy with this rare interaction.

The cat pauses for a bit, meowing questioningly. I mewl in response as the cat's ears swivel on its head before cautiously stepping closer to me.

"Mrrr?"

"Meewww..." I reply.

The cat tilts its head as it stops a couple of feet in front of me. "Mrowr?"

"Mew." I respond, this time moving my lips as noticeable as possible so that the cat realizes that the sounds are coming from me.

"Mwrrr." The cat's eye's shrink as it turns around with a slight flick of its tail.

Oh, I think I annoyed it. Well it was fun while it lasted. I hum as I resume my way back home.

And on one particular block I walk through, I see the most peculiar cat.

It had blue like fur and the most interesting pair of eyes I've ever seen from a cat. It's right eye was a yellowish gold while it's left was a deep green. Heterochromia, a rare genetic mutation where a creature has two different colored eyes due the pigmentation of the iris.

The cat reminds me of Blue Star from warrior cats. I blink, wondering what kind of breed it was.

The cat turns to look at me with lazy eyes as I try to look for a collar.

"There is no way you're a stray. You look way to pretty to be one." I talk to myself.

The cat meows as it gets up from its loaf position.

"Oh, you must be getting fed quite regularly then." I hum, seeing as how the cat wasn't scared to get close to me at all.

"Sadly I don't have any food though. Better luck next time." I wave at it as I continue to walk away.

"Meow, mreowr." The cat calls out as it follows me.

"Uh, I don't have any food man. Why are you following me?" I ask.

The cat bumps its head on my head as I identify her while she starts to rub herself, leaving her scent on me.

Realizing what she's trying to do, I quickly step away.

"No no nono I am not your owner. Don't do that. I haven't even fed you! Why are you acting like that?" My brows furrow as the cat continues to insistently meow at me.

"Oh damn it- did you just adopt me? The hell did I even do?" I question her, realizing that she won't leave me alone.

Fuck- if Ethan ever finds out about her Mom is going to loose her shit. She's allergic to cats and I know he'll rat me out! I grit my teeth.
