Chapter 34

Chase's pov

The police got here and took Donna to jail. they should have done that a long time ago but whatever. its a good thing they just did because if she was here for one more minute I probably would have actually killed her. I still don't know what she did to Bree. she was in so much pain and now she's unconscious! I'm too busy crying to even stand up.

Chase: Mr Davenport! Come over here!

Mr Davenport came running over after talking to the police of what happened.

Chase: she's not conscious!

Davenport had to pry her from my arms and took her to the car with me following close behind. I called Jack in the car to the hospital once I stopped crying.

Jack: hello?

Chase: meet me at Mission Creek Hospital now!

Jack: what happened?!

Chase: it's Bree. Just bring Kim. I'll explain what happened then but Donna happened.

i hung up with Jack and just as I did I started crying again. Mr Davenport called Tasha right after.

Mr Davenport: Meet us at the hospitall. and bring Adam and Leo.. it's Bree

we got to the hospital and I carried Bree in

Mr Davenport: somebody please get us a room!

Chase: she's not conscious!

They got us a room for Bree and they took her away. Davenport and I followed the doctor and when we got to the door to the room. The doctor told us that nobody could go in right now so they can do what they need to do. I sat outside the door and waited for everyone to get here.
Kim: is she okay?!
Mr Davenport: we don't know yet..
Jack: what exactly happened?
Chase: well. Donna kidnapped Bree while we were sleeping and then I got a text from her to come if I ever wanted to see her again. We went to save her but once she heard my voice she did something to Bree and we still don't know what she did because when Bree was about to tell me she passed out. Donna went to jail and now we're here..
Jack: wow
Kim: but how did Donna find out in the first place?
Chase: I don't know. Bree is the only one who might know and we obviously can't ask her..

Kim: maybe it's a good thing we don't know

Chase: what do you mean?

Jack: yeah

Kim: it's less trouble for us

Jack: how

Kim: because if somebody told Donna then we all know that Chase would be the one to go after them

Jack: we don't need to worry about anything-

Chase: what about Bree

Jack: We don't need to worry about her because she'll be fine and Donna is in jail

Adam: the only thing you need to worry about is the baby

Jack: why would you say something like that?!

Leo: he needs to hear the truth

Jack: what he needs to here is that everything is going to be ok

Mr Davenport: and everything will

...with the doctor

Mr Davenport: how is she?

the Doctor: we..dont know

Chase: you dont know! 

Mr Davenport: well is there any infomation that you have on this?

the Doctor: Bree's heart is still beating like normal, but we dont know when she'll wake up but it should be in morning at the latest

Leo: what about the baby?

the Doctor: thats the other thing I know..the baby won't make it..i am so sorry

Adam: Chase i am so sorry about your baby, but think of the bright side

Chase: and what is that..

Adam: you still have Bree..

the Doctor: so, now we have two choices. we can do the surgery now while she's not conscious. or we can wait until she wakes up

Chase: what if she wakes up during the surgery?

the Doctor: if we do it now, we could give her this numbing shot or we could give her this shot that will keep her unconscious until we are done. but its up to you Chase

Chase: so either way she wont feel anything?

the Doctor: yes

Chase: we can do it now. but can I go see her first?

the Doctor: yes of course

...

 Chase goes into the room and up to Bree's bed. He looks at her and grabs her hand with tears threatening to fall. As he moves a strand of her hair out of her face and behind her ear he silently wimpers and then kisses her hand, he was holding her left hand and had her ring on, which made Chase cry again. 

still chase's pov

why did this have to happen? our creation is..gone. 

Chase: you'll be okay Bree.. I promise..

the doctor comes in the room and interupts-

the Doctor(i still dont feel like giving the doctor a name oops): its time..

I watched as they rolled her bed out of the room, right as they left everybody came running in. They all saw me still staring at the door with tears running down my face. I know she'll be okay. i know she'll be okay. i know she'll okay. she will. she will. i know she will. whatever i have to do to keep myself from crying.. more

even after a few minutes nobody said a word. we just sat on the floor. Tasha had taken Leo home though. 

...in the morning

we had all fallen asleep, with Jack and Kim on the couch in the back of the room. and Mr Davenport, Adam and I all on the chairs by the sides of where the bed was-wait! where the bed is! she's back! they must have brought her back while we were sleeping and didnt want to wake us up. I'm the only one awake too. 

Chase(whispers): Bree!

I immediently stand up and go up to her bed. I remember the doctor saying that she would wake up in the morning. I grab her hand and just stand there playing it. until I hear her say my name. i looked at her face and she opened her eyes

Bree(smiles): Chase!

i almost cried writing this. i havent forgotten about this. i havent really been doing much other than school. but here ya go.
