Opening
BGM - Rockman. EXE Axess Opening: Futatsu no Mirai
The opening starts with an area of blue and purple futuristic lines rushing forward and introducing Neptune, Noire, Blanc, Vert, Quasar, Reiko, Rain, Dawn, Gwen and Ace. Afterwards, the title card suddenly appears:

Then, a light flashes now showing the logo rushing over an ocean before disappearing. An island appears and the screen turns upside-down before showing Neptune, Noir, Blanc and Vert running. They then all jump up into the air and summon their respective weapons (Neptune's Katana, Noire's Rapier, Blanc's Hammer, and finally Vert's Spear) before landing back on the ground. Arfoire and Warechu come into the scene, followed by an entire army of monsters. The four goddesses all smile at each other and charge into the horde of monsters, seemingly without any worry.
The screen then shifts to see Quasar running in a rocky mountain area. He jumps, bounces off a wall, jumps off another wall, lands back on the ground, and keeps running. Then, he notices both Reiko and Rain standing on a ledge above watching Quasar. The three of them then smirk at each other, get into a fighting position, and the three Saiyans begin to start clashing with each other. Meanwhile, Ace and Gwen are seen standing on a ledge above watching the fight down below. They both look at the screen and then teleport away.
The screen changes to show Nepgear, Uni, Dawn, Rom & Ram all playing together. They're followed by IF and Compa, 5pb playing at a Leanbox concert, Histoire working, Plutia and Peashy in the forest, Raditz and Nappa destroying a city, Arfoire and Warechu wearing black clothes hiding in the shadows, Anonydeath in his laboratory, a dark silhouette of Dr Gero pressing a button, another dark silhouette of Rei Ryghts' HDD Form, Final Form Cooler emerging from the shadows, and finally a dark silhouette in a burning forest, whose eyes begin to glow a bright red color.
When the light finally dies down, the scene changes to the skies above Gamindustri with Neptune, Noire, Blanc, Vert, Nepgear, Uni, Rom and Ram (all in their HDD Forms), and Quasar, Reiko, Rain, Dawn, Gwen and Ace all flying through the air at top speed.
The scene changes to a barren, burning wasteland, where the heroes all face off against Hyper Metal Quasar, who is surrounded by a magenta red and black aura. The CPUs all then transform into their Goddess Forms, while Quasar, Reiko, Rain, Dawn and Gwen all respectively transform into Super Saiyans, while Ace simply powers up to full power. They all charge in an attempt to destroy Metal Quasar, who easily knocks all of them backwards. He and the heroes then power up once again and all fly at each other, ready to fight. The burning wasteland is then shown off again with one shining magenta light charging at fourteen lights. They all collide and an explosion fills the screen.
When the light goes away, the screen shows Neptune, Nepgear, Noire, Uni, Blanc, Rom, Ram, Vert, IF, Compa, Histore, Plutia, Peashy, 5pb, Quasar, Reiko, Rain, Dawn, Gwen and Ace all standing on the balcony of the Planeptune Basilicom.
The screen flashes and it shows the Hyperdimension Neptunia: The Animation logo again before the screen goes black.
