Act 4: The Resolve (Turn) of the Younger Sisters (Alternate Scene)
Nepgear: I'm relying on Quasar and my sister too much again. But what am I supposed to do? We can't win this without their help!
Then suddenly, Nepgear managed to remember exactly what both Uni and Dawn said back at the Basilicom.
Uni: It was something that Noire told me a while back. She said I can't transform because I put a "limiter" on my heart.
Nepgear: (A "limiter?")
Dawn: The way that I see it, there seems to be something inside each of us that our siblings see, yet we don't. Something prevents us from knowing what our true potential is. Almost like... we're all afraid of something.
After remembering those words, Nepgear thought long and hard about what those two meant.

Nepgear: (My true potential? What am I afraid of? Losing Neptune? Losing Quasar? Of growing up and not being her little sister anymore? Of not being his girlfriend? No... That's not it at all.. I'm afraid of them both losing something.)
It was then that Nepgear put on a serious face as she finally realized what was holding her back all this time.
Nepgear: (I'm afraid of growing even stronger than they are!)
Suddenly, Nepgear's eyes began to change drastically, as she now had pupils in the shape of power signs.
Compa managed to pick up on Nepgear's change and alerted IF about what was going on.
Compa: Iffy! It's Ge-Ge!
IF then quickly turned around to see Nepgear's body started to glow. Then, as she began powering up, the force of her sheer aura created a massive wave of energy that destroyed all of the monsters that were close to her.
Nepgear was now suddenly enveloped in a complex silver, purple and pink aura consisting of rippling, fire-like energy, complete with sparkling particles traveling upwards.
Nepgear: (I don't mind being weak, and I don't mind looking up to my sister or Quasar. But if it means getting them back, I'll do anything!)
After having no more doubts in her mind, Nepgear finally decided to let it all out.
Nepgear: I'LL BECOME STRONGER THAN ANYONE ELSE!!!
Then, in a bright flash of light, Nepgear had finally begun to undergo her HDD transformation.
It had finally happened.
Nepgear had changed.
She was no longer afraid.
She was now known... as Purple Sister!
As Purple Sister, Nepgear's hair now became longer and was also a bright pink color with a different hair clip that is white and blue to replace the D-pad hair clip. Her eyes also changed to a bright dodger blue in color and she now wore a white skin tight bodysuit with light purple designs and light purple N's on the backhand part of her gloves along with matching thigh high boots.
Purple Sister then pulls out a different weapon as she now has a gun-blade which she shoots to save Uni and Dawn. They both saw her transformation and smiled.
Uni: Nepgear...
Dawn: Holy crap! Nepgear, you really did it!
Then, using her newfound power, Purple Sister also managed to save Rom and Ram, and they also saw her transformation.
Rom: She's so pretty.
Ram: You rock!
Purple Sister smiles at the twins and then, she turns her attention to where the CPUs, Saiyans, and Ace are, all while having a serious look on her face.
Purple Sister (Nepgear): No matter what, I mustn't retreat. No looking back!
Purple Sister then summoned a forcefield behind her back and put both her feet down and leaped off of it, as she now charged forward, ready and willing to save Neptune and the others from Arfoire and her goons.
Purple Sister (Nepgear): I have to keep going! Neptune... Quasar... Hang on, I'm coming to save you!
