I'm the gateway....able to summon demons, I feel like no one cares about the gateway though, or they care to much, my parents are overprotective, and my classmates can't know my secret. After my mother fell ill, my father and I gathered together with Yami Arashi, the vampire king, he said he would give us his second born son to protect me, he was my age, 16, and he was the strongest of his three sons. My father accepted, but no one ever came we waited and a month passed, we assumed we had been duped, the agreement was that in return his son would have to come back after 1,000 years, and he would grant me health, and safety.

One day though, on the third month, I went to class....

"Yoru-chan" Natsu said patting Yoru's head. "You can't keep your nose in that book forever," She said. "Forgive me Natsu," I said getting up, and putting the book down, "Sit down class." The teacher walked in, "As I'm sure you may have noticed, we have a new student." He said pulling his tie straight, "Please stand up Oji." A boy with white hair, and pinkish red eyes stood up, bowing he spoke, "I'm Keisueki Oji, I hope to be accepted quickly into your wonderful school." Then he sat back down and class carried on, but after school, he was talking to a few girls, and when I looked at him, he glanced at me from the corner of his eye, and then laughed, then bowed, and ran towards Natsu and I. "I'll leave the weirdo to you Yoru-chan" Then Natsu ran off. "Is she okay?" The boy asked. "Sh-she's fine" I never did like talking to new people. "Can I walk with you?" He asked. "I- sure" I responded. "I'm Keisueki Oji" He said. "Kireina Yoru" I said. when we came to my street he asked me where I was going. "I told him home, he seemed nice, but soon I saw the real him. "I'm staying with some people, they called for me, I might be in this town for awhile, but it'll be worth it if.....if I get to see you everyday." Something was off, he didn't feel....normal. Then when I found we were staying in the same house I found out why. "You're the prince..." I sighed. "You're the gateway...." He looked startled but then a smile took over his face....he put his head down and laughed, then he tilted his head up and laughed harder, before putting his hand on my cheek, "I guess I'll have to protect you forever then..." He gazed smugly into my eyes. "Let's go shall we?" Then Oji took a few steps ahead of me before turning back, "Come along now, my bite isn't so bad..." He smiled eyes closed happily. And from then it only got worse.
