Chapter 9

Jack's POV

•••Two Days Later•••

I'm laying on my bed throwing a ball at the ceiling when I hear my phone start to play Back in Black by AC DC. I catch the ball then roll over on my bed and pick up the phone.

"Hello?" I said.

"Jackie! You didn't tell me you worked for Let It Show magazine! And that you work with Elsa Winters!"

"Hahaha Hey Ellie, sorry about that. But my first few days were pretty crazy."

"Hahaha, I bet. So how's my little brother's love life going?"

"Horrible, you know our cousin James?"

"Of course, I do."

"Well he kinda stole the girl I liked from me."

"Well who's the girl you like?"

"Elsa Winters."

"Oh my Sparkles! You like your boss?"

"Umm... yeah. Like On my first day I kinda kissed her..."

"Jackson Overland Frost!"

"Hey, it wasn't one sided! She kissed back."

"Well what I say you should do, Let her and James' relationship play out, and if they break up, Go ahead and try to woo her."

"Alright we'll see."

"That reminds me I'm coming over for a visit!"

"What about the kids?"

"Derek will look after them and plus we hired a full time nanny. Sparkles Jack, I'm a good parent."

"Hahaha." I look over at the time, "Snowballs! If I'm late to work again, Elsa's gunna have my head! I love you sis! See you when you come over. Bye"

"Bye Jackie! Love you too!"

The call ended. I got up and changed into a blue long sleeve button down shirt, and back slacks, with a black tie and nice black shoes.

•••At Work•••

I walk in and run to the elevator. I look to my left and there is Elsa.

'Running late Mr.Frost?"

"Hey, Queen Elsa," I said stopping the elevator. I know what my sister said, but where's the fun in that? "Cut the'Mr.Frost' crap."

"Uh, Jack what are you doing?"

I smirk and walk up to her. With every step I take closer she takes a step back. It got to the point where she was pinned at the back of the elevator. I put my hands on the wall on different sides of her head. "What are you afraid of, Elsa?" I then bring my mouth close to her ear, "You didn't seem to mind me two day's ago." I stay there for a little while longer.

"J-jack." she sounded submissive. I get to where our lips our centmeters apart. "K-kiss m-me." I smirk and back off of her.

I walk back over to turn the elevator back on, when I feel her cold hand grab my wrist. I turn to her an smirk. "What? Is the queen mad she isn't getting what she wants?" She just stared into my eyes.

"Mr. Frost, I asked you to do something. I expect you to do it. Now we are no--" I pulled her close and so to where our lips could almost graze each other.

"Elsa, you're dating some one, yet you still want me t--" she shut me up by closing the small gap between our lips. She licked at my lips for an entrance which I denied. I backed off. "We are late Miss Winters."

"Is that so?"

Suddenly, my phone began to ring. I pull it out on my pocket and see that Ellie is Calling written across it. "Put it on speaker." i nodded.

I pressed answer and put her on speaker. "Jackie! Okay so I'm at your appartment, but it's locked. Do you have an extra key somewhere?"

I could feel my cheeks become a deep crimson, "Um, no I don't. Will you just come to my work instead and wait till I get off?"

"Of course, I will. But make sure it's okay with your boss."

That was when Elsa chimed in, "It's okay, Ellie, you can come."

"Jack, who was that?"

"Ellie that was Elsa."

"Oh my Sparkles! Hi Elsa. you sound as beautiful as you look."

"Haha thank you, Miss..."

"Brooks."

"Thank you Miss Brooks. Well I can't wait to meet you."

"Neither can I. Alrighty, Jackie, I'll see you when I get there. I love you!"

"Love you too, Ellie."

"Bye!"

The call ended. I started the elevator back up. I look at Elsa. She is staring at me. "Why are you staring at me?"

"Who was that?"

"Why does it matter?"

"Cause..." she thought for a moment. "It just is."

"Come back to me with a valid reason and then I will tell you." I say as the doors open. I walk out leave Elsa alone in her thoughts."
