The reason why he can't remember the past.

Chapter 3

(It had been 6 months since Kiah and Xian started dating. Although they both knew that their relationship won't be that longer. Kiah still hoped. That they would last. It was around April. When Kiah decided to give her answer to Xian and say yes. They both kept their relationship in secret from their parents. Although the whole school knew about their relationship. And their first monthsary.)

(Kiah went to canteen. She saw Xian sitting on the chair.)

"Hey. Why you didn't reply yesterday?" Kiah asked.

"Sorry. I was about to reply yesterday. But my mom caught me. She checked my phone. And she got mad at me." Xian looked down.

"Really? Sorry. Are you okay?" Kiah asked worriedly.

"Yeah. I'm okay. It's just. We might won't be able to talk as much as before. But I'll still try." Xian sighed.

"Really? It's okay. I understand. But our monthsary will be coming up already. How will I be able to talk to you?" Kiah asked.

"Oh. Yeah. Our monthsary is on May. I'll find a way." Xian looked at her. And smiled.

"Okay." Kiah sighed.

(Their first monthsary came. But 2 days before their monthsary. Xian already gave his gift to Kiah. While Kiah decided to give her gift to him on that day also. After their first monthsary. Xian rarely goes online. And he couldn't even text or call Kiah as much as he did before. They fight and argue with each other a lot. Because of their own priorities. But after their small fights, they get back together. Their second monthsary is coming up. And it's already their vacation. But Kiah and Xian rarely talked to each other. Until one day. Kiah kept on texting Xian. But he didn't reply. She tried to call him a lot of times. But he doesn't answer any of her calls. Until Xian answered her call.)

"Hello. Sorry. For what I've said." Kiah said.

"Hello. It's okay." Xian said.

"I miss you. I've been texting you. And I've been trying to call you. But you didn't answer. Is everything okay?" Kiah asked worriedly.

"I have to tell you something." Xian said as his voice was trembling.

"What is it?" Kiah asked. As her tears started to fall.

"I'm giving up on us." Xian said.

"What? Why?" Kiah got shocked. She tried to stop her tears from falling.

"Because we've been having a hard time communicating. And my parents always checks my phone. And your parents are also strict. And I know your hurting." Xian sighed.

"No. I'm not hurting. We can do this. If we are together. Don't give up on us." Kiah cried.

"Sorry. But I'm also hurting." Xian said. His voice was trembling.

"It hurts. I know. But why do we need to break up? I thought, you said you loved me." Kiah cried.

"Sorry." Xian said.

"Okay." Kiah turned her phone off. She cried and cried.

(After their break up. After 2 months.)

(Kiah decided to transfer to another school. Her mother told her that if she doesn't transfer to another school. And if one of Kiah's relatives knew about her relationship. They might do something bad to Xian. So, the first reason why transfered was because she wants to protect him. And the second reason was she wants to move on. And forget him. That's why she transfered. The school she transfered was Private School of Japan.)

(But the thing is she still couldn't move on from Xian. Because the school she transfered in was the previous school of Xian. And other students, knew about him. Her new classmates knew that she was Xian's ex- girlfriend. After a few months. There was an event which all schools from Japan will be attending. Eventhough, they haven't talked for a long time. Kiah still loves Xian a lot. She went to the event because she wants to know if Xian was okay. They only looked at each other without talking. After that. Kiah asked her old friends how Xian was. They said, after they broke up. Xian doesn't have a girlfriend yet.)

(After 1 month. One of Kiah's classmate told her. That after they broke up. Xian has become one of the playboi in school. He plays with girls. But he doesn't take them seriously. Kiah got shocked of what she has heard. After that. An event came. The event was located in Z Park. But that park was where Kiah and Xian first hang out. Kiah didn't know Xian would be coming to that event. Kiah was with her older sister, Asuna. Kiah was there to meet her friend. Xian was there too with her brother, Ian. Ian is also a friend of Kiah. Kiah got shocked when she saw Xian at the park.)

"Is that your ex- boyfriend?" Asuna asked.

"OMG. What is he doing here?" Kiah got shocked.

"I don't know." Asuna shrugged.

"I thought, he wouldn't be coming to this event." Kiah sighed.

(Kiah saw her old classmates there. But beside her old classmates was Xian. She greeted them and smiled. But her old classmates teased her. But she never turned her back. And she didn't try to talk to Xian. After that. Ian talked to Kiah. But she kept on seeing Xian walking near Ian. It's like she was listening to what they were talking about. After they talked. Kiah was walking in the park. When she saw Xian and Ian going out of the park. Kiah looked at him from the backside. While the song, You and I was playing. But while she was looking at him from the backside. Kiah got shocked when Xian turned his back and looked at her intently. After that. Kiah was not able to forget him.)

(After 1 week. Kiah could still not forget Xian. Kiah was crossing the road. While she was thinking about Xian. When suddenly a car almost hit her. But before she got hit. Someone grabbed her. And got hit instead. She got back from herself. She got shocked when she saw the car. And a guy lying on the road. When she tried to look at the guy. Kiah got shocked when she saw Xian with blood on his head. Kiah called an ambulance. And took him to the nearest hospital. Fortunately, it was not severe. But the thing is, when he gets better. There would be a possibility that a part of his memory will be lost. Like an amnesia.)
