Mina sat next to the fire staring at it trying to make sense of all that she had missed. Atom was killed in a burning acid fog?
"Hey, are you okay?" Octavia asked sitting next to Mina on the log. Mina's skin was pale and she had dark circles right under her eyes. She looked like shit basically.
"Yeah, it's just...I'm just thinking about what happened the last couple day while I was out. Acid fogs? I never read about it before," Mina sighed in frustration.
"Maybe it's because the radiation?" Octavia said shrugging because the unknown.
"Radiation doesn't just magically create acid clouds when it wants, Octavia. It doesn't make sense. Where's Bellamy? I need to know exactly what happened last night," Mina sighed running her hand through her hair before standing to her feet.
"I think he's helping with the wall. I'm not sure," Oct said smiling before leaving.
"Why is she so happy," Mina muttered before leaving to find Bellamy. Mina walked over to the group of people working and lifting large tree branches for the wall and saw Bellamy talking to Murphy. She stood watching as Bellamy stood with his arms crossed over his muscular chest and his hair in his eyes.
"Yup, not gonna happen," Mina sighed before pivoting and heading into the unknown woods.
