One Day

Bellamy trudged through the forest along with his many followers. Thoughts of Mina clouded his mind not leaving for a second. He wanted to know who she really was. He knew there had to be another side of her. A side she was hiding from everyone around her. Maybe she was hiding it from herself as well.

Back at the drop ship Mina laid on the makeshift bed. The blood leaking out of her side dripped into a puddle beside her. Sweat beaded her forehead as her body tried to heal itself. Mina had jumped on the beast knowing that she'd die but why would she risk it? Why would she save people she didn't even know? Of course she had saved Bellamy for Octavia but maybe she had another reason. Maybe part of her knew he was important to their survival.

Moments earlier Clarke, Finn, and Wells left in search of the plant that had been keeping Jasper alive. Octavia and Monty had stayed behind to care for the dying duo. Murphy was yelling to kill them already but could not. At least not yet.

Octavia sat next to her dying friends. She stared down at her suffering best friend wiping off the sweat on her forehead. Seeing Mina like this made Octavia silently cry. Mina had been like a sister to her. Her guardian angel even though Mina didn't know it herself. She was an angel that had grown up in a place filled with demons.

"You didn't deserve this," Octavia mumbled to the unconscious girl laying in front of her. Monty shifted in his spot looking at Jasper. Monty's mind was flooded with curiosity. He looked to Mina in confusion. Why were they saving her? Yeah, they were all delinquents but she was the most dangerous.

"I don't see why we're wasting time saving her," he muttered. Octavia squeezed the cloth in her hand out of anger. Everyone was fast to judge Mina in the crime she had committed. Octavia didn't know why Mina had done it either but she knew she had a reason. Mina had a reason for everything almost as if she had knew the future.

"Because maybe one day she'll save all of us."
