Blackstone (Discontinued)

Chapter 8

A week before the Chunin Exams Start:

Standing in front of the gates of Konoha were a fully armored Naruto, his three genin, his wife and his mother, "Tell me again, why you two came?" Naruto asked the two important women in his life.

"Well I'm here because it's a wife's duty to watch the Chunin Exams with her husband," Mei said, smiling at her love.

'And to make sure that those Konoha whores stay away from my hubby,' were her thoughts.

"And I'm just here to see if these 'Chunin Exams' are worth the trouble everyone says they are," Apollyon answered honestly.

"Fine, but let's get this over with," said Naruto as the 6 marched over to the entrance. They gave the guards their information as they went on their way to where everyone was staying.

"Let Konohamaru go!" The voice of a small child yelled making Naruto turn his head to see a teen in a black, baggy body suit with a black hood that had cat-like ears over his head. Looking closer, Naruto noticed a Suna forehead protector on his sewn into the hood. The body suit wearing teen also sported  a dark red, near purple, paint on his face, war paint.

Naruto also noted that there was something wrapped in bandages on his back, possibly a puppet since Suna was famous for turning corpses of their enemies into puppets and weaponization those puppets along with their mastery of making poisons.

In his hands was a young boy with short spiky brown hair, dark brown eyes, and a small chip in one of his front tooth. He has a long blue scarf around his neck and wore grey shorts and a yellow shirt with a red Konoha symbol printed on it.

Next to the cat-eared boy was a young woman with teal eyes and sandy blonde hair, which were gathered into four pigtails. Her outfit consists of a single light purple-colored, off-the-shoulders garment that extended to halfway down her thighs, with a scarlet sash tied around her waist. Fishnets were worn over her shoulders and legs, specifically on her right calf and her left thigh. Around her neck was black Suna forehead protector. On her back was a giant fan as Naruto then spotted the pink haired girl...Sakura who was accompanied by Mito and two other kids behind them.

"Let Konohamaru go! Now!" Mito demanded.

"And why should I? This brat ran into me and it hurt a bit, I think he should be taught a lesson," the black body suit teen said with a smirk on his face.

"Kankuro, let the kid go, you'll get yelled at later," the sandy-blonde fan wielding girl told him.

"I'm sorry, l-let him go. We were only fooling around," Sakura pleaded.

"How about I play with him a bit? You know, show him some respect," Kankuro replied.

"Let me go, you make up wearing weirdo!" Konohamaru shouted as he weakly kicked Kankuro in the stomach.

"You're pretty lively, you little punk," Kankuro said as he tightened his grip on Konohamaru before rearing back his available fist.

"YOU BASTARD! LET HIM GO!" Mito shouted as she ran at the kid, but before she could do get closer, Naruto appeared behind him and tapped his shoulder lightly. For some unholy reason, Kankuro shivered and turned around to see Naruto peering down on him with a deathly glare, his eyes shining red through his helmet.

"Drop the boy," Naruto said simply and slowly, Kankuro instantly dropped Konohamaru, who ran to hide behind a shocked Mito. Kankuro and the blonde jumped away from the armored Naruto, the blond girl had her hand on her fan and Kankuro had a kunai out.

Naruto paid them no attention as he looked down to hiding Konohamaru, "Are you alright, boy?" He asked gently.

"Y-yes?" Konohamaru replied, nodded his head at the armored man.
