It was past midnight and the members were now fast asleep, tired from their journey of course. Except Kun.After the discussion they had not while ago, they've decided to claim it as just an extremely like coincidence. They've laughed it off, even Kun himself as he tried to accept their claim but he had a feeling it wasn't. Clothes doesn't justify anything, but her actions were quite questionable during their encounter back in the store.
Kun laid down flat, facing up the ceiling as he sighed. He turned to his left side and blinked.
"it can't be...can it?" he murmured.
"there's no point. We have to go back tomorrow in the morning," he cussed in defeat. He wished they had a lot more time. He hoped for a miracle, that maybe his assumptions were true. He hoped. And with that, the young man slowly drifted off to his slumber, waiting for the next morning to come.
-
Hours passed and it was finally day time, the ray of sunlight flashed upon the young man's face, feeling the heat as it then made his eyes to slowly flutter. He yawned as he stretched his arms out. Sitting up on bed, he looked around to see the room was empty. Curious, he looked up at the digital clock on the nightstand beside him.
"8.48 AM"
"fuck!" he jumped as he rushed out of the room and headed down the stairs. To his surprise, he suddenly bumped into Jungwoo.
"bro what the hell," he spoke as he stumbled back, holding onto his tray firmly. It looks to be a tray full of food, kimchi fried rice. Kun gave him a nervous smile as he apologized. He tagged along with him from behind, now entering the kitchen.
Mark, Jeno and Jisung were already seated on the dining table and to his surprise, Jungwoo's grandma was also present. Kun greeted her with a bow and sat down on an empty seat beside Mark.
"thank you for having us Ms.Kim," Kun spoke with a smile.
"anything for a friend of my grandson," she responded with a chuckle.
-
"you've checked?" Mark spoke to the others with his arms crossed, looking at the two who was laying in bed competing in some video game they were playing on their phones. They stopped instantly and put their phones down as they rushed off to their bags to do a double check.
Rolling his eyes, he stepped out of the room and headed outside where the others were. Kun and Jungwoo were by the porch, seated silently as they drank their coffee. Mark decided to join them, sitting at the one free seat in front of the two. He noticed the silence, eyed Jungwoo then Kun to see him zoning out.
"is he ok?"
"it's about the girl again," Jungwoo spoke as Kun snapped out of his thoughts and blinked, turning his attention to the two.
"sorry," he said.
"ive seen her too you know, you can't stop talkin about her for a moment eversince we bumped into her in the store," Jungwoo explained. It was true, for a short while that is.
"do you like her perhaps?" Mark teased him with a smirk as he raised his eyebrow. Kun responded with a scoff as he stood up from his seat.
"nonsense, let's go," he completely turned down the question as he stepped foot inside of the house to call out for the others. Kun was a bit bothered by the question, he didn't expect that at all and it made him question himself also. Could it be? Does he really like her?
"hyung! we're ready," Jisung cheers right at the moment Kun opened the door to the guest room they stayed in. He instructed them to get in the car immediately before walking away. He looked around the house, looking for Jungwoo's grandmother to thank her once more and bidding her a goodbye.
