Hey!!! He shouted...
Fast, hurry up... We gotta go a long way...
"It's ok to be late sometimes, otherwise the faster we run, the sooner the race ends!!!"...Taking the key from the drawer, he pulled me out of the room and then locked the gates of the house... Like a gentleman he helped me with the seat belt, and closed the door of my side of the car...
Mastering the steering, he looked at my eyes, and said, "where to miss?" And simultaneously bursting out into laughter... (How handsome he looked with that broad smile on his face)...
Thus, without my response and without his patience, the 02:00 a.m. long drive to the unknown began...
The music system did it's job well, though my favourite lyrics were his witty jokes and non stop blabberings... Looking outside the glasses, the mountains looked alluring... Probably the moon kissing the forehead of the mountain, made the peaks blush into beauty... Looking back to him, I was glad at my mistake, of loosing my beat in his tune that was the closest to my heart...
With the moon shying and shining bright but and the proud mountain kneeling down to the lonely celestial for acknowledgement, with stars rejoicing the serenity and the romanticized human life, locked to sleep in the lap of the Earth, he was the most beautiful thing to look at...
The cliff fell for the heart of the river flowing down, and my heart for him...The anticipation of human life, isn't the most awaited one, it's the end...
The next morning, our car was safely discovered from the deep down woods, with both of the mortal bodies without breath... Our journey ended to the stars...-❤️ Uditi Chakraborty❤️
