Chapter 4

As soon as the bell rung all the students exited the cafeteria to their next periods. Mark and I had Maths up next.

Coincidentally it's the subject I hate most and it's the subject that Mark aces at it. As we make our way over 207 we make small talk before we reached the door. i took a seat near the window like I always do and Mark popped his bag on the table beside me.

Everyone made their way into class and the teacher soon came in signaling the start of class. the teacher instructed us to get into pairs and give problems to each other. I instinctively decided to pair up with Mark.

The equations Weren't too hard to begin with at first but Mark being the mischievous boy he is, decided to give me a really hard one he knew that I wouldn't be able to solve. i looked at the question, confused and decided to finally let my pride go and ask Mark for help. he moved right next to me so that I could hear his stable breathing.
"Aiya Em, this problem is easy as! Here..... this is how you do it"

While he was explaining it all i couldn't focus at all. i was mesmerized by his warm breath tickling the nape of my neck and how velvet his words were. Wait. Em. Snap out of it. You have a boyfriend remember? And plus Mark and Junior are best friends so it would be disastrous if something were to happen. But I couldn't help myself. My thoughts were interrupted.

"Alright em. got it? Explain it to me again."
I looked at him completely dazed. I had totally zoned out! I looked up to see an impatient Mark looking back at me. I've never really Realized how perfect he is. the way his hair falls perfectly onto his face, his glimmering eyes and his killer smile. I was totally distracted and couldn't help myself from staring at his lips. I slowly leant closer to him and closed my eyes. Before my mind had registered what I had done, i reliased that i had just done the impossible. i kissed Mark and he kissed back which was even more shocking. I pulled away, red faced.
"Im sorry." i mumbled
"Im sorry..." He replied
"Please excuse me!" I said to him as i ran out of the classroom to the bathroom
Once I reached the bathroom I washed my face to refresh my thoughts and slightly reapplied my make up.
