"So how is the Initiation going to work?"

A group of 15 Anbu sat around a table in the Anbu Headquarters, lazing around currently on break. Soka, Akari, and Genma didn't have their uniform on considering they didn't have work that day. Genma spoke up.

"Maybe we should let the newbies pick who they want to fight. I'm not sure we should all attack the three of them at the same time. Last time we did that someone blew up the training grounds." He glared pointedly at one of the Anbu.

"HEY! It wasn't my fault no one told me not to throw explosive seals." Ox replied with his arms crossed. That time they had to fix the training grounds before one of the other Captains caught them destroying a training ground.

"We did. Many times." Kinoe replied. The others sweatdropped, remembering the number of times they had reminded Ox of this rule. Genma continues speaking.

"Anyway, I think instead of what we did we should let the newbies choose an opponent to fight."

"No fair! They'll just pick someone weak and scrawny!" Dragon exclaimed. He was a bit of a kid but they were used to it at this point. Soka spoke up, responding to Dragon's complaint.

"It'll be fine, the cocky one will just ask to fight the strongest person. We all know one of them is gonna choose you, Shisui. You are known for your body-flicker technique."

"Ah, well it's not fair to the others." Shisui (Dragon) replied.

"We can always just spar later," Soka said in response.

"Okay fine," Shisui sighed in response.

"Well, I guess that settles that. Does everyone agree with what we're doing?" Soka asked. The others all nodded in response, Shisui a bit more reluctantly than the others. "Alright. Genma, you'll tell the two newbie's to meet at the training grounds in about 3 hours. I'll tell the kid in my group the same thing. Everyone got it?"

Everyone nodded again. Genma and Soka say their goodbye's and they leave to tell the newbies of the news. The others continue lazing around and Akari gets up.

"I'll see you guys later. I still need to make my rounds."

"Are you headed over to T&I?" Kinoe asks. Akari nodded and shunshined away.

Akari walked into the office of the head of Torture and Investigation.

"Morning Akari." The man said, not looking up from his desk.

"Good Morning Mosu."

Mosu Tagaki is the current Commanding officer of T&I. (Also known as the Head of T&I) Ibiki Morino, the future leading officer of T&I, is currently 15 and a Chunin.

"Glad you're back. Are you going to be torturing anyone today?" Mosu asked, looking up from his paperwork.

"No, I'm currently on break and I doubt the Yodaime would like to see that I've been working. I'll bring some paperwork to Inoichi if you'd like."

"Alright, thank you," Mosu says, handing Akari the stack of paper on his desk. "That's all I need you to do. I'm guessing you have another mission coming up?"

Akari nodded. "I'll take my leave."

"Don't mind the screams on the way."

Akari rolls her eyes and leaves, heading over to Inoichi's chakra signature. And like Mosu had suggested, he was in the middle of interrogating someone in the "interrogation" section of the underground.

Screams filled the hallway as Akari opened the door to Inoichi's interrogation. She saw the others on the other side of the one-way mirror, studying the suspect's body language and taking notes of what they were saying. None of them looked back at her. Akari stood there for a few minutes until Inoichi finished his investigation and walked through the door to their room. As the door closes and locks, he spots Akari and motions to go outside. Akari walks out, quickly followed by Inoichi.

"How are you doing Akari? I'm guessing you're on break?" Inoichi asks with a smile.

"I'm alright and yes, I'm currently on break. Here's your paperwork."

Inoichi takes the papers from Akari and speaks.

"Well I'm glad you're doing alright, I heard that the initiation was going on today."

"Are you able to make it?"

Inoichi shakes his head. "Sadly not. I have some work to do. I'll probably find out from Shikaku. He said he was free today when we went out for drinks. Anyways, I'll see you later Akari."

Inoichi waves and leaves into the room they just came from.

Akari shunshins away, looking for a particular someone.

Akari enters her home, seeing her brother on the couch reading. She takes a seat next to him on the couch.

"Do you have a mission soon?" Akari asks. He shakes his head not looking away from his book.

"I'm on break right now. The last mission lasted a long time." Akari glances at the book he's reading and immediately snatches it away as she jumped up from the couch. "HEY! WHY'D YOU TAKE IT!"

"I told you to stop reading this Ashi," Akari replied with an eye roll. Kakashi glared at her, still sitting, with his arms crossed. "If you want I can read it out loud to you instead."

"DON'T YOU DARE!" Kakashi exclaimed as he ran toward her his eyes dead set on the book. Two silver blurs raced around the room and Akari started to read.

"Ichika-chan led Dai-kun into her room, swaying her hips, Dai looks into her eyes at her lustfully and bites his lip. You really got right to the good part didn't you Ashi?" Akari said mockingly. At this point, Kakashi's face was beet red.

"GIVE ME THE BOOK!"

A/N: Thank you for reading! Remember that you are awesome and remember to drink some water ok?
