Meanwhile, inside the elevator, the masked killer was making her way to the laboratory. Even with the lockdown underway, she was still able to hack her way into the cameras and system of the hospital.
"Damn, it was more heat than I expected in this place." The masked killer told herself.
As the elevator rose to the fifth floor, she thought about how she would make her escape after retrieving the vaccine. The first floor was too flooded with cops at the moment.
"I know exactly what I need to do to get rid of these pigs." She told herself.
The elevator door opened slowly and there was an entire room full of nurses, security guards, and patients. To their surprise, almost everyone glanced in fear when they realized who was inside the elevator.
"It's the killer!" A young female nurse yelled loudly.
"Stop right there!" A male security guard insisted seriously.
"Not part of the plan." The masked killer said strongly.
She drew her katana from her side. Resorting to his instincts, the security guard suddenly began shooting his pistol.
Pow! Pow! Pow! The patients and family members ran into their rooms to hide. Women and children screamed as they cried loudly to the top of their lungs. Then, all of the gunshots came to a quick stop.
"Oh my God!" Some old lady in the corner of the room yelled anxiously.
In just those few seconds, the masked killer sidestepped and sliced the hand of the security guard clean off. His entire right hand was lying on the floor in front of him.
"I'm sick of you wannabe cops shooting at me!" The masked killer whispered as she watched the guard's reaction to his blood leaking wrist.
"FUCK YOU!" The security guard cried nervously.
Placing the katana back in her black leather sheath, the masked killer glanced around the room at the other security guards. Three of them stared in fear as they noticed the bulletproof mask and armor attacked to her outfit.
"Just try it! I can't promise you will live if you attack me." The masked killer advised the rest of the guards.
"Alright, we surrender." One of the security guards mentioned as he lowered his gun.
The three of them dropped to their knees and placed their guns on the floor. Everyone on the floor watched as the guards were approached by the masked killer.
"Good choice! Now I don't have to kill you pigs." The masked killer told the guards.
After picking up the guns from the floor, the masked killer placed one gun behind her back and took the bullets out of the other two guns. Seconds later, a female nurse ran up to the bleeding guard, standing behind the killer.
"What the hell are you doing?" The masked killer questioned the nurse while staring over her shoulder.
"He needs medical attention. I have to stop the bleeding or he'll die from blood loss." The female nurse responded anxiously as she froze in a standing position.
"If he dies, that's on him." The masked killer replied coldly.
"Dad?" A little girl whispered from behind the medical counter in the room.
Unexpectedly, there was the child of the injured security guard watching with those innocent eyes. Somehow, the masked killer felt different about letting a child become fatherless. Why did she feel this way all of a sudden?
"Patch him up! Quickly!" The masked killer instructed the nurse after looking at the child in her eyes.
