Embera. Powerful creature.
As long as Embera could remember, she was a Kree member, she fought for what was right. She had pyrokinesis powers that she adored, she loved the heat that would develop from her fingertips. Embera had always kept her opinions to herself, she probably learned this the hard way but she knew that speaking her mind could end up in terrible ways.
This happened when she said that Skrulls weren't that bad, that they needed protection as well. She learned through fights and being isolated that she didn't have to speak up.
And since that moment she never gave her opinion, specially about the Skrulls. She learned how to fight and control her powers, powers that would build up whenever she had the urge to talk when something was said and she stood against the beliefs. But the spotlight of being the short fuse, changed to the new girl. Vers.
She didn't know how to control her powers, she didn't know much about what she could do. But as a Kree, Embera was there to teach her too, besides having yon-rogg as her teacher. But Embera was also someone that Vers learned to trust, the conversations they shared seemed more mundane than anyone else's. Embera and Vers, two souls that had more in common than what they imagined.
