Luisa's personality can fool a lot of people. Thing is, when you first meet her and get to know her, you realize she is like her mother, Laurel. But if you really REALLY know her like her friends, you'll know for a fact that she kinda ressembles her dad Eduardo.
She gets wild and crazy during parties, and likes to make fun of her friends playfully. She often curses, mostly in spanish when shexs scared and gets violent when the situation is dire.

But aside that, the girl is a good friend. A good balance of her parents.

Lyisa was never born with powers like Edric. She got them. She drank the radioactive juice in her dad's mug when she was young and instead of radioactive powers, she has electric powers, so it kinda bugs her when her friends use her as a charger.
