To the Participants out there,
1) Make sure to check if all the rules are followed
2) Make sure to fill the Inspection Form and react to your book in the Official Lists
3) Follow your judges when the judging list is published
4) Be patient as everyone has a life outside Wattpad
5) If your book is not seen on the Official List, try removing the awards from the library and add it again. We hope that helps and even then if you couldn't find it, dm us
6) Make sure to inform us if you change your username and try your best not to change the covers from now. If you do, please inform us, or else the judging score will be based on the previous cover
Note: The books Implanted in Me by fiza_31, 14 hours to reach you by EXOmyPETERpans, The Portal by 00_Sasaki_Cherubs_00are missing from the reading list. Please notify us of the status of your books here
To the Judges out there
1) Please read the book completely. You will be given a month's time to review four books and if you still need time, feel free to contact us. Add the books to the reading list once the participant follows you.
2) Don't show favoritism. We want the awards to be fair and promising.
3) Vote the chapters after reading (Proof that you have read the participant's book). You can comment if you wish to.
4) Follow the criteria properly and give an appropriate score. The link to the criteria in the document form is commented here. Please point out the reason for the scores you have given under the sub-headings.
5) Please inform us if anyone tries to bribe you and we will take care.
6) You can either mail us or submit the reviews in the google form that is pasted in the comment inline to this point. ( Mail ID is also posted in the comment)
7) If you can't find the books, please view hana_imagines EYA Reading Lists with respect to each member

P.S: We are in need of participants for Hoseok, Jin, One-Shots, and Short Stories Categories. We know this is the fourth time we are asking you to tag us but please help us in getting some participants under those categories so as to begin judging for them as well.
