A manila envelope was sitting perfectly on top of the coffee table in a posh apartment in Gangnam, waiting to be opened by a woman who had just poured her wine to ready herself for its possible contents.Slowly unraveling the string that safely kept the envelope from prying eyes, a smirk formed on her wine-stained lips as she flipped through countless photos of Min Tae Gu with a woman she had never seen. She concentrated on the woman's face, racking her brain in thinking if she ever saw her somewhere before. Is she a wealthy businesswoman, or a daughter and an heiress of an organized crime empire just like her?
Surely, she's not just someone passing for Min Tae Gu. Not a bed warmer, she thought, looking at the photos of the both of them on different occasions—In front of her apartment, in front of his apartment, and restaurants they have visited.
The voice of her father repeated in her head— commanding and stern, instructing her to wrap Min Tae Gu on the tip of her finger so they can get what they want out of him.
Then another photo: Min Tae Gu opening the car door for this woman.
Gianna slowly nodded in realization, brushing her manicured nail to the smiling form of the woman. Maybe this is why Min Tae Gu is not falling for any of her traps anymore.
A sinister smile came up her lips, at least she won't have to go to great lengths to control Min Tae Gu.
All she needs to do is to have her hands on this poor innocent girl, so she can get Min Tae Gu to do her bidding.

Hijacking the paper bag out of Chae Yoon's direct report, Hae Soo delivered the parcel to Chae Yoon's desk herself.
"What's this?" She asks, inspecting the bag and looking for a card that may be attached to it but to no avail. Her eyes narrowed at the box— There's only one person who had done it before, and this certain man came to mind, complete with his half-lidded eyes and mischievous smirk. Hae Soo leaned on her table, putting the folder she brought on the pile on top of her desk, mouthing "new case" in response to her questioning gaze.
"Come on. I want Samgyetang for lunch," Hae Soo said, only to land on Chae Yoon's deaf ears. "Hey."
"Hmmm?" She asked as she tapped relentlessly on her phone, and stopped when Hae Soo didn't answer her back, "I'm sorry, what?"
"I said, let's go out for lunch."
"Right." She muttered as she sent her text message, "Wait a sec."
With the grin on her face, Hae Soo didn't doubt for one moment who she was talking to.
