Softly and sensually tracing her curves until he reached the crevice on the small of her back, Min Tae Gu drew circles with his index finger, making Ha Chae Yoon wiggle out of his hold. "That tickles!"
"Still?" He slyly smiled.
He knew that spot. He loved tracing small nothings on that area because he knew it tickles her.
It was one of his favorites. He knew she will automatically place her head on the crook of his neck where she'll shower him with kisses and declarations of love.
She was wearing her panties and nothing else, and he, that black boxer shorts he always wears. They had just made love, and even as they finished, they never really stopped making it.
"It doesn't just go away, you know?"
"Really?" He asks, with his effortlessly gruffed and low voice that was enough to tickle every part of her entire body. "Come here."
And she gladly did.
His warmth, his presence, his entire being— he is home.
Min Tae Gu traced her pink supple lips, before taking her in a soul-searing kiss that she will never get tired of. His fingers that used to touch her lips, again found that spot in the small of her back, and Chae Yoon smiled during the kiss because she knew exactly what he was going to do.
"I love you," She whispers, over and over, in between planting kisses on his neck.
If he could freeze a moment in his lifetime and relive it everyday, this would be it.
They stayed that way for a few more minutes, silence enveloping them. On a regular night, one of them would fall asleep in the comfort the other brings—soon enough, give it 5...
But Chae Yoon wanted to ask her fiance something.
"Baby."
"Hmn?"
Before she spoke, she tightened her hold on his torso and kissed him again on the neck, twice.
"...why did you ask me to marry you?"
Min Tae Gu chuckled at the question. It was a little bit cheesy, and not at all like something that Chae Yoon would ask— but as he looked down at the woman lying on the crook of his neck, arms draped to his stomach, her warm breath against his skin making him want to stay awake despite the exhaustion, his lips automatically moved to their own accord.
"Because I'm in love with you." He replied, without thinking twice, his lips touching the top of her hair.
"That's a textbook reason." She commented, and even if he couldn't see her face he knew her eyebrows were crinkled in mock annoyance.
"But it's true." Tae Gu countered.
All that matters in this life is her— and every circumstance shows him that this really is the case. Her body was pressed against his, and he can feel every rise and fall of her chest, every flutter of her eyelashes against his skin... everything.
Min Tae Gu hesitated for a minute before curiosity got the better of him and he threw the question back.
"How about you?" he asks, "Why did you say yes?"
"That's so simple." Chae Yoon bragged, as he moved away from his body to lie down at her usual spot in the bed— he craved her presence against his, so his arm automatically draped itself to her body. " I said yes because you make me happy."
