As soon as he swung the door open I heard the barks getting louder, until charlie dashed towards me with a wagging tail. I kneeled down and pet him like I am not petrified of dogs anymore.
Y/n: Charlieeee...
I changed my voice because deep down I was delighted to see Charlie. He is adorable! Chan was staring at me petting his puppy without sharing a word at first.
Chan: I thought you didnt like Charlie... Are you always so indecisive?
Y/n: I-I... Don't like him!
I got up dusting off my clothes and Chan scoffed. What does that mean? Why is he sarcastic? And why is he slyly smirking? Wow so many questions yet he is giving me no answers at all.
Chan: Aishhh You are always lying, aren't you?
He minimized the distance, leaving me thinking he is gonna make a move but instead of that he just passed by me, fluttering my heart. Wow I just admtted he is making my heart flutter.
Y/n: Anyway, What are we gonna do?
I changed the subject just so I can calm down the beating of my heart. With just a tiny word he can fluster me.
Chan: Dance...
He kneeled down to press the buttons of his boombox.
Y/n: And what about Charlie?
Chan: What about him?
Y/n: What is he going to do?
Chan: Dance...
He actually declared and I rolled my eyes. What is he talking about?
Y/n: Chan dogs cant dance.
Chan: Well, I know that... But...
Y/n: But what?
I captured his attention so he slowly turned his back around for our eyes to meet. He seemed hesitant before saying a word.
Chan: Promise me you won't laugh!
Y/n: I promise...
I reassured him.
Chan: Sometimes I imangine him dance...
He said and I bit my lips in my attempt not to burst out laughing.
Y/n: You imagine... your... dog... dancing?
My voice was cracking but yet I had to restrain this urgent need to laugh like there is no tomorrow.
Chan: Yah! S-stop that!
He blushed probably because he felt embarassed. I took a heavy breath ony to relax but that was the beginning of a hysterical laugh.
