Rain and tears mingle on my face, salty tracks blending into the fresh sky-fallen trickles. Only the pinkness of my eyes gives any clue to my sadness and in this city who will look closely enough to tell. There is a heaviness in the way I am running this afternoon.
Si-woo: Y/n wait!
The voice of my younger brother alerted me he is being chasing me down the rainy street, instead of cherishing the warmth of our house right next to the fireplace. His small fingers seized my sleeve and spinned me around.
Si-woo: Please don't leave.
His wobbly voice broke as his chin was literally trembling because of the sobs he is being making for the last few minutes.
Y/n: Si-woo get in, It's raining... You will catch a cold...
I caressed his shoulder tenderly, attempting to get him back inside and leave but he was relentless.
Si-woo: No... Not if you don't come with me...
Y/n: I want to stay alone Si-woo... I can't take this situation anymore...
I could not restrain more tears from reaching the harsh ground. Si-woo tried to pull me towards the door but he was chinless. Today was a frazzling day for both of us.
Y/n: Si-woo Listen to me... I am gonna come back... I just need some time alone... Okay?
I asked, cupping both of his chubby cheeks. Wiping his tears with my thumbs I stared at him shuttering his eyes afraid.
Si-woo: Promise then...
Y/n: I promise Si-woo... I do... Get in now... And stand right next to the fireplace... Okay?
Si-woo: Okay Y/n-ah...
Than small boy ran his way in and carefully closed the door. I slowly glared at the rainy sky and inhaled deeply. Why do I always have to be such a mess?
I started walking around this new town I am obliged to get used to from now on. Everything seems dull. Maybe because living in an island engraved a different theory in my heart probably. But... Why are there so many buildings?
Although the streets were empty because of the massive rain, I still can stare at them from the windows. Such a different style.
I am sure I am gonna hate it!
Finally, the corner of my eye managed to catch something green. A park? Thank god that could actually make me feel a little better.
Intruding its entrance the park was almost souless. The only sound was that from the rain crushing down on the ground. Getting deeper in the park, Rain kept on making me wet as my clothes were oliterally so heavy.
