As she waited on A Winter's Ball to begin so she could take to the stage again, Malia was passed a note from her friend, Emmy Raver-Lampman. "It's from Anthony." Emmy told her.
Malia raised a brow, opening it. It was a note you'd see passed in school. "I'm bored." she read. She turned to see Anthony behind her. He was awkwardly watching her. "So..?" he questioned.
"Boy- why are you bored?" she asked him, throwing the paper at him. "'Cause I am." he replied.
"I hate you." she muttered. "Love you too." Anthony responded, laughing a bit. "Your cue." she teased.
Anthony's eyes widened and he ran back onstage.

Was "Say No to This" always this hard to get through? Yes. Still, Anthony couldn't remember being this upset during the song as he watched Sydney James Harcourt act as James Reynolds warning Hamilton to pay him to keep quiet about the affair.
"Jealous much?" he heard Chris ask behind him. "It feels wrong to see this." he said as he saw Malia act as Maria Reynolds begging Hamilton to not leave.
"The don't watch it." Chris told him. But Anthony couldn't take his eyes off the sight. He glared at Lin, who was being desperately groped by Malia. It wasn't his fault, of course - he couldn't have predicted this - but Ant was jealous. He didn't want to consider that as he watched Lin sit at the chair while Malia sat on his lap.
When Malia finally came back, she gave him an incredulous look as he glared at Lin. "Oh hush." she teased as she realized why he was glaring.
He noticed her presence and blushed bright red, turning away from her to get to the surround.
