Ch 6

The next morning has the two little boys waking up early rubbing their little eyes and they peek over at the bed that holds their dad and the man who had them brought here. They both look at each other with mischievous smiles on their faces before climbing out of bed and walking out of the room. They walk into the kitchen to see Kun cooking and he smiles when he spots them. "Good morning." They both smile sweetly and say in unison. "Good morning uncle Kun." He smiles softly at them before looking curious. "Where's your dad?" They both smile Ezekiel answering cheerfully. "He's asleep with mr Yangyang." Kun raises an eyebrow but doesn't question it instead helping the boys sit at the table and gives them breakfast and juice. The boys eat happily before giving each other a look having a silent conversation with each other. They both want their dad to be happy. Especially when they've heard the stories and know their father never wanted them or a relationship with their dad. And they both decided that Yangyang was nice to them and their dad. So they started planning.

(Jax's Pov)

I slowly wake up feeling a comforting warmth around me. Letting out a happy sigh I snuggle into the warmth before everything comes rushing back and my eyes shoot open to see me in Yangyang's arms being held against his chest. I immediately blush and carefully maneuver my way out of his arms and out of bed watching as he makes a soft noise before rolling over making me smile softly. I then look over at my bed and frown when I don't see the boys. Getting up I make my way into the living room relaxing when I see the boys sitting with Hendery and Xiaojun laughing as Hendery acts goofy and makes faces watching amused before heading into the kitchen. I see that the boys already ate and immediately look apologetic. "Thank you Kun. I'm sorry I didn't help out." He waves me off. "It's fine you don't have to worry about it." I give him a little appreciative smile before looking around curiously. Kun sees me and gives me a reassuring smile. "Your dad said he was going to let you have time with the boys for the next couple of days and that he didn't want to intrude." I give a little nod of understanding before grabbing a banana to eat along with some juice. Soon a sleepy looking Yangyang walks into the kitchen his eyes immediately going to me and I blush looking down at my juice. Quickly downing the cup of juice I murmur a quick excuse about checking on the boys before practically rushing out of the kitchen. I see Ezekiel playing around with Lucas and Hendery while Gadreel is with Xiaojun and Sicheng whispering about something. But both boys stop when they see me and rush over happily hugging my legs. "Good morning daddy." I smile softly. "Morning babies." They both look at each other before looking back up at me pleadingly. "Can we go to the park?" Blinking I look back at Kun who just gives me a reassuring smile and nod. Smiling I look down at the boys. "Okay. Let's get ready and we'll go." They both cheer before Gadreel grabs my hand pulling me towards the bedroom while I see Ezekiel run off to the kitchen making me curious. Once I'm in mine and Yangyang's room I pull out clothes for the boys and Ezekiel comes running in looking excited. I raise an eyebrow at him and he just smiles at me. "Mr Yangyang is coming too!" I blink at that frowning. "Ezekiel sweetie mr Yangyang might be busy." He shakes his head stubbornly. "He's not! Uncle Kun says he doesn't have anything to do." Frowning I reluctantly agree and get the boys dressed. A freshly dressed Yangyang enters the room and I ask him to watch the boys while I go get ready he immediately agreeing. I quickly go to get dressed and come back a few minutes later blinking when I see the boys sitting beside Yangyang on the bed they talking about something quietly. Raising an eyebrow I loudly open the door and walk towards them the boys immediately going quiet. I give the boys a wary look but they just smile at me and so does Yangyang he quickly getting up and helping the boys down before grabbing their hands. "To the park we go!" The boys cheer and I smile softly me and Yangyang quickly pulling on caps and masks so we won't be recognized. We then head to the park the boys dragging us the entire time. "Boys slow down we'll get to the park soon there's no need to rush." They both give each other looks before dragging us to a pink bench that overlooks part of the playground. As soon as we reach it the boys run off to play and I sit down on the bench looking at Yangyang who sits beside me. "You know you didn't have to come if you didn't want to." He shrugs it off. "I wanted to. Besides I couldn't say no to the cute faces." I smile a little and lean back on the bench closing my eyes for a minute basking in the sunlight. Soon I hear approaching footsteps and my eyes open to see a woman smiling at us. "Your boys are so cute. You both gave them good genes." Yangyang and I immediately blush bright red and go to correct her when the boys both run over excitedly grabbing our hands. "Can we get ice cream? Please?" I open my mouth to say no when Yangyang smiles softly at them. "Alright let's go." I give Yangyang a look and he just looks at me sheepishly before picking Gadreel up who was reaching for him and sets him carefully on his shoulders while Ezekiel holds onto the hand that isn't supporting his brother. Looking surprised I follow them to an ice cream shop where we each order a cone. We then start walking around the park eating our ice cream with me and Yangyang chatting while the boys walk in front of us. "You know I'm really gonna miss it when they have to go." I look at Yangyang a little surprised but smile a little. Soon I see the boys getting tired after their ice cream so I pick up one of the boys Yangyang grabbing the other and we head back to the dorms to put them to bed. Once we lay them down and tuck them in I give Yangyang an appreciative look. "Thank you for helping out with them so much. I've never really seen them take to someone so closely before." He smiles at me. "I'm just glad they like me." I smile back then head into the living room to talk to Kun about our upcoming schedule not noticing the longing look sent my way.
