"Nice to meet you."
~ literally everyone in the entire world

"I can't believe she hit me in the head! With a bat nonetheless!" I shout, as soon as we part ways with the princess.
"I wish I could've seen that," laughs Terran.
"I'm pretty sure I have a major concussion from both the impacts of your rock and her bat. So thanks," I say, rubbing my head.
"You made a great first impression!"
"You're one to talk. Why were you so formal?"
We walk down the empty hallway, nodding at maids and guards as we pass by.
"I don't know what you mean," he says, looking down at the floor.
"You were so professional with the way you spoke. I mean you were always stuck up, but you acted even more uptight than usual! You were like 'you are the lost elemental princess blah blah blah...we aren't part of the human world blah blah,'" I say, mocking Terran as I straighten my posture and place my hands behind my back.
"I did not talk or act like that!" he huffs. "Plus, I wasn't the only one who was trying to act formal. So were you!" He points at me.
"I don't know what you are talking about," I jokingly scoff.
"I was trying to seem like a good authority figure," I joke.
"You? An authority figure? Don't get me started," Terran laughs, his face getting redder and redder the more he thought of me being of a higher power.
"Well, I thought she would trust me if I seemed professional and all," I admit.
"That's understandable. I thought the same thing. But I think it worked. In the end, she came with us."
"True," I trail off. "But I honestly think that she came with us because of her powers. She didn't know what was happening to her and I think once she found out that we knew people who could help her, she was set on coming here," I say, explaining my observations.
"At least we actually found her. I didn't think we would."
I didn't either, but I don't think I should admit that to him. If Terran knew that I also doubted we wouldn't find her, he would give me a scolding on how we would've gotten in trouble over nothing. He would then talk about how he was right and that he knew it was a bad idea in the first place. I really didn't want to prove him right.
"What? You don't have faith in me?" I ask, giving him a joking look. He gave me a serious stare that simply said no.
"Alright, then." I put my hands up in surrender.
I look behind me to check on Zephyr, who is still staring down at the floor, his hands crossed as he walks behind me and Terran.
His face is blank, his cold golden eyes continuing to stare straight down. He looked like he was thinking real hard about something. Maybe he was thinking about Aithne.
We did find her so he could see that the human world wasn't as bad as he originally thought.
I mean, I can't judge him when it comes to the human world because of what happened, but I hope he learns to find the good in them, instead of pouring his soul into hatred for humans. That's too much hate for one thing.
