Izuku was born as a mutant hybird. He was born with angel wings and the features of a neko so he has retractable claws, a tail, ears and a enhansed senses. He can also hide his wings for a certain amount of time but when he turns 8 he can no longer hid his wings.
At the age of four Izuku got his first quirk transformation, this quirk allowed him to transform into anything including people and use their quirks too. The drawback of this quirk is his imagination.
At the age of five he got his second quirk Erasure like his biological father. He can erase transformative quirks and emmiter quirks. The drawbacks are dry eyes and insomnia that's why he always carries his green sleeping bag with him.
Author note: this story was from @CosmicloveUwU they wanted to retire their story so I asked if I could have it and they allowed it. I will change it a little but mostly the same you can read theirs.
