"I'm sorry,but you can't be a hero."
That was what All Might told him. Izuku stood frozen on the roof.
Deep down Izuku knew he couldn't be a hero.
But it had been his dream since he was a baby, and in the darkest of times it was the only thing that kept him going.
Well, he thought of his mother, one of the only things. But now it was gone.
He started to walk home, ignoring the pain of his broken dreams.
"Hey Mom, I'm home." He said as he opened the door. An older, slightly chubby, woman was waiting to give him a smile.
"Welcome home, Izuku." Suddenly it finally sank in for Izuku, he couldn't be a Hero, the broken shards of his dream cuting into him.
He started to cry, and not the normal wailing he did when scared or happy, no these tears were silent as they slid down his cheeks.
"Izuku?!" His mother worriedly ran up to him as he fell to his knees. She hugged him, and while he appreciated her warmth it did nothing to close up the hole in his heart.
A/N:
For this AU Everything (besides Bakugou being attacked by the slime villain) is happening 1 year earlier.
That means Izuku and all his classmates are 13 years old right now.
I did this so Izuku will have more time to become a popular author before UA.
