I waved my hand at them for the last time before I enter the van.
Since I don’t have my manager and PA with me, sasama si Kuya Marvin sakin pauwi sa Canada.
I asked.
Kuya Gino who’s driving the car, shooting glances through the rearview mirror. “Bat parang ayaw mong pasamahin Kuya mo Paris?”
They laughed but my brother seems unbothered. “Hoy, Marvin! Ayos ka lang ba?”
“Oo” matipid nyang sagot. I just shrugged, ako lang ba or oa lang ako? Minute had past when suddenly Kuya Marvin’s phone rang but instead of answering he turn his phone off.
My eyes looked out of the car window, watching the building and other car blur past us. Still wondering what happen on him. He’s not like that. I know my brother so well. I just shook my head trying to forget what happen earlier. Maybe I am just over reacting.
Nash kissed me on my forehead and whispered that my brother is not in the mood. But I still doubt that, I didn’t believe him. I know something was off.
When we finally arrived at the airport, Nash and I walk with our hands intertwined. Jay and Christian keep on capturing us a photo. They were all stolen shots.
“Oh harap naman dyan” Jay said.
“Mas gusto kong nandito ka” Nash said, he was staring at the floor.
“Shh, one week. Give me one week. Babalik ako promise” I said. He pulled me for a hug. I don’t want to cry but my tears escaped from my eyes.
“Mamimiss kita” he whispered.
“I know. I will probably miss you so much too” i said as I hug him tighter for the last time before I let him go. “I love you always”
“Psst, number mo nga” I joked but he only pinched me on my nose. Slightly laughing.
“Iloveyou, punta kana. Naiinip na si Mavis doon oh.” Tinuro nya si kuya Marvin “Baka pigilan pa kita”
He lightly pushed me away at humakbang pa atras.
I gave them a short waved before started walking inside. Kuya and I had to line up, we even had to show a copy of our tickets and they scanned our laggage before we went inside the airport.
