Chapter 4 - hot chocolate

Nayeon POV

I was sitting on the couch beating myself up over what I said to Y/N when I suddenly heard the doorbell ring. I let out a sigh as I got out the couch and started walking towards the front door, I take a look at the peephole to see who's outside and that's when I saw the 3 girls I accused Y/N to be with. I felt terrible "Guess he was telling the truth after all." I open the door and the 3 girls rush towards me and give me a hug. A strong smell of alcohol coming from their mouths.

"Is Y/N okay? He left early because he didn't feel well." Sana asked as she tilted her head looking at me with big curious eyes.

"I think so, he's in his room" I respond as I point towards his door. Sana rushes to the door just to be stopped dead in her tracks as the door wouldn't open.

"What did you guys do today?" I ask the two others.

"Oh, Y/N asked us to go to the park!" Chaeyoung answered as she formed a smile on her face.

"You guys reek of alcohol." I respond as I pinch my nose. They both started to giggle a little.

"Yea sorry about that, It was my idea to bring some alcohol with us" Dahyun said as she was scratching the back of her head.

"You guys should change into some warm clothes, I'll make you guys some hot chocolate in the meanwhile." I said as I put my hand on Dahyun cheek, it was ice cold. All three of them started to cheer as they ran upstairs.

Y/N POV

I heard the girls cheering through the door as their footsteps faded upstairs. I decided to open the door as walked into the kitchen, I saw Nayeon filling some cups with a hot beverage. She noticed me coming in, her cheeks started to turn red as she turned her head away. I got the bright idea to tease her a little bit, I walked towards her and stood next to her, putting my hand on her shoulder.

"What are you making Noona?" She flinched a little as my hand touched her shoulder.

"Ho..hot choc..chocolate, do you wa... want some?" She stuttered, I put my hand under her chin as forced her to look at me.

"I'd love some." I give her a smile and her cheeks were turning redder.

"Sur... sure i'll mak...make you some..." She kept stuttering as I let go of her face.

"Oh my Noona why are you stuttering so much? Do you have a crush on me" I asked as began to chuckle.

"NO!" She yelled as she hit me in the arm. I started to laugh as I rubbed my arm.

"My, my look how red your cheeks are Noona." You tease as you grab a cup filled with hot chocolate, you start making your way over to the couch. You're about to sit down when you hear someone yell your name from the top of the stairs.

"Y/N!" You saw Sana standing at the top the stairs smiling at you.

"Come down here, Nayeon made hot chocolate." Her eyes lit up as you said that she went down the stairs too fast.

"CAREFUL!" You yell, but it was too late. The squirrel girl slipped and fell down the stairs eventually stopping when she hit the first floor.

"OMO! ARE YOU OKAY!" You and Nayeon both yell as you run over too her, she's sobbing in pain as she's holding her ankle. You immediately picked her up and put her down on the couch, you pull her little sock off and take a look at her ankle, it looks swollen.

"Can you move it?" You ask with a concerned look on your face, you see her wiggling her foot a little bit but she's in pain.

"Good at least it's not broken, I grab some ice packs." Nayeon said as she ran into the kitchen.
