Abeer's pov-

This time my little one have really put me in a pond of confusion and making decision seems difficult. Aarnav is also sailing on the same boat. Two days and neither of us have said a word to her. On one hand she do something she is not suppose to do and on the other she show courage to accept it even when she was not caught.

My thoughts were disturbed by Aarnav who came in the study and guess what- with the same issue in his mind.

"Bhai (brother) what do you think we should do I mean we can't just avoid her like this? She will get herself sick by crying like this." His voice was full of concern. I can understand his situation. He is really close to the little one and is a big softy when it comes to her. We knew she cry herself to sleep as we went to her room every night to give her goodnight kiss and to calm our hearts by knowing she is fine.

"I have no idea Aarnav. She needs to punished for what she has done wrong. But we have to keep in mind that we cannot get her the impression which will stop her from telling the truth next time." Aarnav had an unreadable expression and then a smile creeped on his face and he looked at me wih puppy eyes.

" What is it Aarnav?"

"You know bhai I was thinking that she has already been punished as we have given her silent treatment for two days so you know.." He trailed of. I know he is thinking about giving her a reward for her courage but then he have to speak up.

"So what do you think I know"

"Umm How about now we give her something as a gift. I mean what do you think?"

"Okay, fine with me."  I replied in a way as it was the only right thing to do. He just smiled at me and left being happy and relaxed.

Pahel's pov-

Early morning when the alarm rang I was about to put it on snooz when someone grabbed my wrist. It was Aarnav who was towering over me with the stern expression. I looked at the clock which read seven and the day read saturday. It was not the school day then why would he wake me up so early was the question which striked me. This mistery of mine was solved by him.

"Get ready and come to study in twenty. We need to talk. Abeer is waiting." I nodded my head as yes and he left. It was the first time that I didn't put up any fight with him on waking me. Not trusting my luck I reached the study on time with all the questions attacking my mind to face my brothers who were waiting for me with a dissapointing looks.

"Good morning" It was the only word which came out of my mouth when I saw their faces. "Morning. Come in please and have a seat we have a long list of things which are required to be discussed." Abeer mouthed with sarcasm in his voice. It made my stomach to growl.

He discussed all the stuff about how disappointed he was to know about what I have done. Carring it down to the consequenses which I must have faced if caught. By this time tears were running down my cheeks. He looked at me and took me in a warm hug which I was missing from the last two days. He rubbed my back and ruffled my hair concluding that I was forgiven. When my cries were over and Abeer found it okay to talk he parted from the hug and went towards the desk and looked towards Aarnav who was now relaxed and had a smile on his face. He nodded at Abeer who nodded back. What does it mean? Can they read each other mind without speaking? Whatever?

Abeer handed me a box wrapped nicely in silver packing explaining me it was a gift for the courage I had to speak the truth. That brought a smile on my face and I hugged him again tightly. This time Aarnav got us out of the hug by interrupting in between; " Hey guys, even I need a share of sister love and brotherly hug." saying it with a  puppy face. I ran towards him and hugged him tight. Abeer gave him the comfortable squeeze on the shoulder and left for setting up the table.

I unwrapped the gift to find a new Ipod about which I have been bugging them up since a long time and they would not get me one. At last I had it but it was not worth the dissapointment of my best brothers.
