Vanya was laying peacefully on the sofa until her name was called abruptly, she was mystified as her name was never called when the Academy were having a meeting?
Why would they she has no powers no use to them. She walked into the room and saw her 6 siblings gathered in a group. She looked to five for an answer he took one look at her and then averted his eyes back to his feet feeling guilty Vanya felt a fit of unsure in her stomach.
Reginald spoke up "You should be happy that they were including you, Seven," he told her.
"Five?" she asked.
He tried to look away but could not before glancing up at her.
"Why are you not saying anything? What's going on."
"Be quite number seven! Shouted Reginald"I have called you here to come with me and watch your siblings fight a man called doctor cobra," he is very evil and you could learn something from them.
"Dismissed, everyone go get in the car "
"number seven you will stay near me and don't touch anything, the team doesn't need you as your powerless and ordinary."
Vanya saw five clench his jaw at the word ordinary vanya was everything but ordinary she was smart beautiful kind the list could go on forever thought five..... a small blush appeared on his face he saw vanya looking at him so walked away with the rest of the group but not before giving a nervous smile to the girl who stole his heart.
Time skip -------there at the crime scene.
"Five?" asked vanya
"What is it Vanya are you okay? Do you need anything...whatever it is I can help you"
She laughed at his need to protect her and the worry in his eyes, it only fair if I ease his worry isn't it?"Im fine five I just want you to be careful that's all."
"Don't worry I always am"
"number seven stop talking to five he has more important things to do!"
"I will see you later bye five!" she ran towards her so called farther whose only interest is making his adopted children into crime fighting super champions, she walked to the top of the building with her farther and stood watching the seen below them lay out.
Reginald was not watching her and was looking towards her super powered siblings. She saw an opening to escape to run away from everything all this you're just ordinary, not special, weird and be happy for once. Vanya made several attempts at running away in her lifetime, something that would stress Five out at various points in the future. But she couldn't right now not without her five.
Suddenly there was a big explosion below......
