"How long has she been out" Prentiss asks walking into the hospital with Derek and JJ.
"I don't know, i tried to wake her up around 7 but she could've been out before then" he says panicking
"Spence, Spence calm down" Derek puts his hand on Spencer's shoulder and guides him to a seat.
"Did she tell you anything was wrong" JJ asks
"No she said everything was fine, but i did notice her grabbing her head a lot like she was in pain" Spencer exclaimed
"Have they told you what happened?" JJ asks again
"No, she has been in surgery for 2 hours already" tears start forming in his eyes.
They waited 2 more hours until the nurse finally comes out of the O.R, fiddling with her fingers. Spencer wipes his tears and ran up to her.
"What's wrong? Is she okay?" he questions picking at his nails. She takes a deep breath,
"When she got a concussion, it was a lot worse than we all thought. Y/n has severe brain damage which caused her to slip into a coma." His mouth flew open, not knowing what to do. He couldn't do anything, like he was already numb, "Dr. Reid i'm sorry we did everything that we could" tears began to form in his eyes again.
"Why didn't she tell me what was wrong?" he cries harder
"The pain wasn't bad but i did go on for several months, she probably just thought that she was stressed. The pain she received would've been equal to a headache. This is not your fault Dr" the nurse puts her hand on his shoulder. "Do you want to go see her?" She asks. Unable to speak he nods at her before she walked him back to the room.
"Thank you" he says to the nurse and walking over to sit next to your bed. He holds your cold hand staring at you for a second,
"Y/n if you can hear me right now, i need you to keep fighting baby. There are so many things i wanna show you still" he lays his head on your hand as tears stream down his face, "I love you Y/n, you can't die on me. You promised me forever" he wraps his pinky around yours, "wake up baby, i need you"
The next few hours everyone came to see you, Emily, Penelope, Derek, Rossi, JJ, and even Aaron all came and told you memories of when they were with you and how happy you made them, even your dad.

Your POV;
"Hi babygirl"
"Mom? How am I seeing you right now" you stand there looking at her
"That doesn't matter, come here" she opens her arms as you come running to her. As you wrap your arms around her you realize that you couldn't feel her, you couldn't feel anything.
"Mom am I dying?" you pull away looking at her as tears come rolling down your cheek
"Not yet baby" she uses her thumb to wipe the tears from your cheek.
"I miss you so much" you pull her back in for a hug
"I know you do" she brings her hand to your head, brushing through your hair.
"We have a lot of catching up to do, tell me about Spencer" she pulls away from you smiling

Team POV;
"Hey Spence" JJ walks in to your room looking at Spencer reading a book to you in the chair next to you, "I'm gonna head home, do you need me to bring you anything?"
"A new change of clothes would be great" she sighs and walks over to the chair next to Spencer.
"Spence you've been here for over a week, the only time you've left is to get some food and coffee, the nurses will tell you when she wakes up. You should go home and sleep on a actual bed" she looks at Spencer concerned.
"I want to be here when she wakes up"
"I know you do but who knows when that's gonna be. When she wakes up she is going to need you more than ever and if you keep staying here your gonna be tired and hungry and not be there for her fully." Tears begin to form in his eyes again.
"I can't loose her JJ, she means to much for me" she wraps her arms around him as he begins to break down.
"Your not gonna loose her Spencer, I know she's fighting like hell for you right now, but the best thing you can do for her is let her fight" she rubs her hand of his back comforting him.
"Just give me a few more hours okay" he wipes his tears to look up at her. She nods and stands up to walk out of the room.
He finishes reading you the chapter before he packs up all his things to head home.

Your POV;
"Wow he sounds wonderful Y/n, I'm glad he was there for you when i couldn't be"
"He means the world to me mom" you smile thinking back to all the times you with Spencer.
"Then fight for him, if you can't fight for anything else, fight for him. You two need each other" she grabs both of your hands
"I know but i miss you, and being here with you is what i need. I'm tired of fighting mom"
"Being here with me is what you needed right now but in the long run, you need Spencer. The last time i've seen you this happy was, what 7 years ago. It's not your time baby, you still have so much to see and learn. We will be together again eventually but for now you need to live out the rest of your life. You need to fight Y/n not for me but for yourself, think about your future. You and Spencer deserve a long happy life together.-"
"But mom-"
"You need to wake up Y/n"
"Wake up"
and just like that your mom was gone.
