We've all got different styles so make sure you shop around and find one that suits your needs.
Here I'll post tips for finding a reviewer, as well as recommendations for review books, or even reviewers themselves (within communities) that you can take your works to if you're seeking further feedback.

・Read their introductions and rules- Can they read your book and can you adhere to their terms?
• Read their reviews - Is their approach what you're looking for?
× Do they score or grade? (think about if you find this beneficial or detrimental)
× Are they constructive? By definition, 'Helping to encourage, improve; and promote further development or advancement'
× Do they provide critiques only or advice as well?
× Do they concentrate on the aspects you want?
× Too detailed or not detailed enough?
× Their language and tone too blunt or not blunt enough?
× Are they flexible to requests?
• Read their books - Does their writing illustrate a level of knowledge exceeding or compatible with your own?
× Good vocabulary and grammar?
× Care shown in their own work? (an indication of how they may treat your review)
• Check their work load - How many books do they have on their review list?
× Do they have a timeframe to complete reviews?
× If not, are you willing to wait?
• Communicate - Are they open and responsive to feedback and questions? ...
