That's My Baby

Part eighteen

We arrive back at the Seavey boy's house.

I try to help Tyler carry in some groceries but he refuses, and ends up carrying all the bags himself.

I quickly walk and open the door for him so he can quickly put the bags on the counter.

Tyler starts putting the groceries away when I start walking towards the stairs. I stop walking when I see Daniel coming down.

Daniel- Hey baby

He says going in for a hug. I gently put my hand out on his chest, stopping him from getting closer.

Y/n- Don't.

I walk up the stairs, locking myself in the guest room and lay in the bed crying

*Daniel POV*

Y/n pushes me back slightly and walks up the stairs with tears in her eyes. I watch her walk up the stairs, and look over at Tyler confused. I walk over to him, sitting down on the counter and open a bag of chips.

Daniel- What happened?

Tyler- You're such a dumbass, you know that, right?

Daniel- How? What did I do?

Tyler- Oh, I don't know, "it'll ruin my life"

Daniel- How did she know I said that?
I say hoping off the counter

Tyler- You were on speaker, she heard everything. Why would you say that? She's not going to move to LA now

Daniel- What do I do? I can't lose her, I just got her back

Tyler- Then stop acting like a dumbass and go apologize

I sigh and start walking up the stairs to her room. I hear quiet sobs coming from the other side of the door. I quietly knock on the door and I hear the sobs stop

Y/n- Who is it?
She asks through the tears

Daniel- It's Daniel, can we talk?

Y/n- Go away Daniel, I don't want to talk to you

Daniel- Please, just let me in, let me explain.

I hear some rustling around the room then the door unlock. Y/n opens the door and I walk in. She closes the door and comes to lay on the bed, I sit beside her.

Daniel- Look, I didn't mean what I said, it was just-

Y/n- Daniel, you said it'll ruin your life, do you know how that made me feel? Is having this baby going to ruin your life?

Daniel- No, that's not what I meant. I just meant that if people thought Tyler was having a baby or that people find out before management, they'll kill me

Y/n- I get it, it's fine

She says as she starts crying again, covering her face with the blanket

Daniel- Please don't cry. I'm sorry. Don't be mad at me. I can't lose you again

She slowly lifts the blanket away from her face

Y/n- I'm not mad, just disappointed
She says with a soft giggle

Daniel- You know that's so much worse!

I say laughing with her, laying back on the bed with her. I go in for a kiss and she kisses me back. Things start getting heated quickly, but before it could turn into anything more than a hot make out session, there's a knock at the door

Tyler- Hey, Jacks back with y/n's suitcase.

Y/n- Thank you, we'll be out in a second

We look at each other and laugh, she gets up off the bed but before she could walk away I grab her waist while still sitting on the bed

Daniel- So we're okay?

Y/n- Yeah, we're okay

Daniel- Do you still want to meet my friends later? We don't have to go to the party if you don't want to, we can watch movies

Y/n- No no, I want to go. I want to see who has to put up with you all the time

She's laughs, leans down and softly kisses my lips. With that, she swiftly leaves the room, headed down the stairs.

*Y/N POV*

I thank Jack for bringing my bag back and Daniel carries it back up the stairs. I head up the stairs following him to get ready for the party.

I put on some black leggings with a slightly baggy black shirt and a long camouflage jacket on over top. I top it off with my black vans. I put on some natural looking make up, and curl the ends of my hair.

I make my way down the stairs once I'm finally ready, I see Daniel sitting at the kitchen counter in black skinny jeans, a white shirt and tan jacket over top. He looks up from his phone and sees me walking towards him. He puts his phone away and gets up

Daniel- You look gorgeous

Y/n- Hey, you don't look too bad yourself

He grabs my hand and we get in his car. We play music the whole way there, I play my favourite songs trying to hype myself up so I'm not as nervous meeting more of his friends.

We pull up to this gorgeous looking house and I notice a few guys standing in the yard. I look over and notice Christian standing there, so at least I know I have back up if I need to find someone and I can't find Daniel in the party.

Daniel gets out and opens the door for me. He holds my hand as we walk to the house.

??- Hey! The whole Seavey crew is now here

Daniel- Hey Crawford, nice party
Daniel says as they do a handshake and a bro hug

Crawford- You must be Daniels girlfriend, I've heard lots about you
He says sticking out his hand for a handshake

Y/n- It's nice to meet you

I shake his hand and say hello to Christian. Daniel kisses my cheek, not denying the girlfriend comment.

Daniel- Come on, come meet the rest of the gang

Daniel grabs my hand and we walk into the house. I recognize a few people, like, Jack and Sam, Corbyn and that's pretty much it.

Daniel takes me to a few people, I stand there awkwardly and smile

Daniel- Y/n, this is Jc, Oscar, Will and Franny

Y/n- Hey! It's nice to meet you

Jc- Hey, good to finally meet you

Franny- You're so pretty and.. so pregnant
She says, Daniel and I laugh

Y/n- Thank you, and yes, I am

I rub my belly and Daniel kisses my temple. Jack and Sam walk over with a bunch of drinks in their hands

Jack- White claws for everyone!

Sam- And a water for the baby momma!
She says loud enough for everyone around us to hear

I smile and take the bottle of water from her. I stand around talking while Daniel introduces me to a few more people. After a while I politely excuse myself to sit down.

The party went on for a few more hours and everyone slowly starts going home.

Christian sat with me most of the time while Daniel was drinking and hanging out with friends, but I didn't mind. I was DD for the night because everyone was drinking.

We found Daniel and we all got into his car and I drove Daniel and Christian home. As soon as we got to their place, everyone started heading to their rooms. I open my door when Daniel speaks up

Daniel- Hey y/n?

Y/n- Yes Daniel?

Daniel- Can I lay with you? No funny business, I promise
He says holding his hands up in defence.

I laugh and nod. He walks into my room and strips down to only his boxers. He hits the bed and immediately closes his eyes. I quickly change into a big hoodie and crawl into bed next to him.

He snakes his arms around me and pulls me close.
Daniel- I love you
He whispers under his breath.

I smile knowing he'll forget about it in the morning.
