Chapter 5: The Ice Goddesss

I am Snow Grace Deluxe. As you all know i came from a neighboring empire called Glaceur Empire.

I have this cold attitude because of the around me.

I have purple eyes, snow like skin, blood like lips and sliver hair.

In our empire royalties giving birth to a daughter with a silver hair is an omen that the empire will be facing a natural disaster.

So when i was born i was seperated from my family. I only saw my parents once a year. And my sibling twice a year.

Even though I'm just a daughter of a duke but we are still part of the royalties because the king is my uncle.

In order to protect me from this cruel world my father ordered servants right after i was born that i should stay on our fiefdom and never go out.

They don't want me to suffer discrimination from the outside.

But reality is cruel. The servants around me treated me coldly and they look at me with disgust in there eyes.

I learned from my young age that i should distance myself to everyone around me. My attitude became cold. I don't interact with people. I never go out and stay inside our territory.

Until one day. My father told me that my uncle and the king of our neighbor empire wants to form an alliance by having a marriage contract from both parties.

My uncle doesn't have a daughter so he ask my father if it's okay for him to let me be the bride of the son from the neighbor named Alexander.

My father rage in fury because he doesn't want others to use me as a pawn but he is hopeless because it came from the king himself. Even though they are brothers but there position is like heaven and earth.

Thats why my father is here to tell me in advance.

At first i was mad. I wanna get angry to my father. But i know i can't. I know he tried but he doesn't have enough power to oppose the king.

So i just ask him if i could visit the neighboring empire.

At first he oppose on me visiting but in the end he yeild on my constant nagging to him.

That's how i ended up here in Fyrryl Empire.

At my visit the king and queen is here to welcome me. They treat me like a part of them but i never saw the person whom I'm engage to.

That's how i learned that he's still resting because of an accident that happen to him a week ago so i didn't ask further about it.

I asked them if i could take a stroll on the palace and they agreed to me.

As i was making a tour at the palace all i can say is it's three times as huge than the palace that I'm living.

Then i visit there garden. As i was immersed in observing and looking at the flowers i lost my way.

I was getting worried and there i saw a boy.

He was the same age as me. But i think he's an adventurer because of what he's wearing. I was observing him from afar until he seats on the side of the fountain while staring at the sky.  He seems immersed in his thoughts.

He has a dark red pupils, a black with a mix of some blue hair and he's skin is pale.

As i was observing him a while now. I slowly approach him. He doesn't seem to feel my presence as he doesn't look to my direction.
