Chapter 33: Practice Time!!

3rd Person's P.O.V

"So, we have how many was it again? The songs we have to sing." Akira asked and fixed the tuner of the electric guitar on her hand. We're in the music room of Saotome Academy. There are many music room and they gave us this one. Nanami-chan told me yesterday night.

"6, i guess." Ayumi answered while testing her piano keyboard." Taki-chan explained that the other 5 is us singing all together. And Taki-chan is gonna solo the last song." Ayumi explained while turning to (Y/n) for confirmation which the girl responded with a nod, telling that Ayumi was right.

"Oooooohhhhhh! And what are the songs???"

"Alright!!! We'll start now, get in postitions!" Taki ordered and took a little more step closer to meet the mic. She exhailed, ready to strum her electric guitar as the main one. Taking a deep breath, she sang.

The other smiled, feeling slight nostalgia about the past performance they made when they tried to perform in public. They still remembered the time back in Philippines where Taki visited for a vacation. Singing in the public where people were mesmerized by her voice.

It didn't last long when they finished and just watching Taki sing the last song. Same as before, in between the song, tears fell down her cheeks.

It was painful to watch since the lyrics were so aligned to what her expression she was making. It was just so sad.

"I wish she will accept the offer of adding another song. This is just so sad. Should we really end the performance with a sad song?" Hayano wiped a tear. The other girls were also reluctant of having the sad song as the end.

The song ends with Taki wiping her tears away and smiled at the girls. It felt so wrong to the girls.

"We should take a break now. Let's go back?" Taki said, stepping out of the recording room. The girls nodded and start to clean up the room.

"Actually, we already booked a hotel so we won't go back to the gym." Yuuzuna explained, pointing her thumb on the different way. They were already outside the Academy, ready to leave. Taki nodded at her words, understanding that it will be a waste if they don't use it.

The girls waved goodbye to Taki as she took the opposite way only to see him.

"Kei? What are you doing here?" The girl asked. Tsukkishima clicked his tongue and walk up to Taki, giving her a pat on the head. "Is it wrong for your boyfriend to walk you home? And its almost late." Taki blushed at the physical contact and looked away.

"I guess its fine."

"Are~~ is my cute chibi-chan blushing?"

Taki's P.O.V

"Huh??? I'm 5'4!! I'm average height and you're just tall! And atleast i can jump more higher than you!!" I shouted at him, pouting as i slap his arm. He let out this laugh that it made me warm inside.

"What the fuck..." I whispered, blushing harder if possible." Tch! Let's just go back!!" I stomped.

"Wait for me chibi-chan!"

"Shut up or i'll leave you!"

"Awe but you love me~"

"So what if i do?"

"..."

A sudden thickness in the tension made it heavy but not in a bad way. It went quiet for a while before i felt a hand intertwined with mine.

"I love you too, chibi."

"That's too sudden.."

"And you love it."

"Ehhh?? So you're gonna have a battle with the famous Starish!! That's so cool!!!" Bokuto cutted in the conversation. I sighed and nodded, eating the delicious food that the managers made.

"Totally cool! So when is the battle??" Kuroo asked before eating his onigiri.

"Hmmmm.... This 22." Taki muttered and chomped another spoon full of food.

"That's still far.."

"Yeah.."

Silence raised up. Kuroo and Bokuto was looking at each other while Akaashi, Tsukki, and i kept eating.

"Did something happened?" Kuroo bought up a convo.

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"Well, it went quiet." Bokuto said.

I sweatdropped." It's because we're okay with silence. Unlike the both of you whose always noisy." Kei stifled a laugh along with Akaashi.

"EH?! YOU SHOULDN'T SAY THAT TO YOUR SENPAI!!" Bokuto anime cried.

I sighed and shake my head left and right." Well it's true Bokuto-san." Akaashi said making Bokuto look at him with a slight offended look.

"Eeh?! Not you too, AKGAASHI!"

"Oh god."

I just giggled and stood, carrying my empty plate." Please excuse me." I said and turned to leave. I felt a presence following me to the kitchen and i peaked on my shoulder to see Kei with his empty bowl. I placed my plate on the sink, jumping slightly when i felt a chest in my back as his hand placed his bowl in the sink too.

His hands went to circle around my waist as he placed his chin on my shouder, not putting much weight on me. His warmth somehow made me relaxed. The music earlier made me sad and down, and it really changed my mood completely.

His warmth is enough to make me comfortable.

"Oi, stop flirting here!"

Both if us got startled at the familiar voice of Nii-chan. We both turned and saw him glaring at us. I laughed and shaked my head.

"Heh, says the one whose being lovey-dovey with Hinata-kun." Kei snickered while looking at Nii-chan who was blushing but his glare stayed.

"Shu-Shut up, idiot!!"
