"Allison's boyfriend, the one who had caused Shelby to stop being my friend and who had caused what happened tonight, is-" I stopped, not ready to say it.

"Take your time." Luke whispered in my ear.

After a minute, I finally said it.

"That was my father."

Shelby's POV

My mum's boyfriend, well ex, is Kaelyn's biological father?? Oh my... How do I even react?? Now I know why he didn't want me to be friends with Kaelyn, he knew that he was her father.

I noticed that Kaelyn was looking at me, crying. I quickly wrapped my arms around her and told her that everything is okay. Soon, everyone else joined and she had calmed down.

"Thank you for understanding. I really didn't want to make this night any worse, but you guys needed to know." She said.

"We understand Kaelyn, I know that it must have been hard to tell everyone." I told her, hugging her again.

"You aren't mad at me right?? I don't blame you or your mum, I just blame that man."

"No, I'm not mad at you, Kaelyn. I am mad at that man. The only good thing about him is that you are here."

"Thanks, Shelby." She said, hugging me.

"How about I get you guys some snacks and you can all sleep down here?? We have movies if you want to watch them, Ben, Jack, Andrew and I will go upstairs." Liz suggested, getting up to go in the kitchen.

We all agreed and decided to change.

Luke's POV

"Kaelyn??" I asked her.

"Yeah Luke??" "Are you coming??" "Oh, yeah."

I led her to my room, while the others went who knows where to change. I opened my dresser and grabbed a t-shirt and a pair of sweatpants for her.

"Thanks." She said, looking down.

"Hey." I said, lifting her chin up. "What's wrong??"

"I don't want you to hate me now." She said, tears reappearing in her eyes.

"I could never hate you, how could I?? You are amazing, talented, beautiful and so many more things." I told her, wrapping my arms around her smaller body.

"R-really??" "Yes, Kaelyn." I said, wiping her tears with my thumb. "How about you go get changed??" I kissed her forehead, and handed her the clothes. She nodded and went into the bathroom.

I quickly changed, and waited for Kaelyn. I really like her, she is so amazing and brave. She must really trust us since she told us about her dad...

"Ask her out." My head snapped up and I saw Calum in the doorway.

"Did I just say that out loud??" "Yeah, mate. You really like her, huh??"

I felt myself blush as I said, "N-no." "Lucas, I know that you are lying. Ask her out, I will leave now."

Kaelyn's POV

After Luke had talked to me, I headed into the bathroom to change. Luke's shirt went down to my mid-thighs, and the sweatpants I had to roll up a few times, but his clothes were comfy...

"I really like her..." What?? Was that Luke?? One of the guys must have come in because I vaguely heard someone talking to Luke.

I washed my face and waited until I was sure that whoever had come into Luke's room was gone.

"Done??" Luke asked as I came out. He looked nervous...

"Yeah. Your clothes are comfy. Thanks Lukey!!" I grinned, hugging him.

He laughed, hugging me back. "You're welcome Kaelyn."

We walked out to the living room, where Shelby and the guys were already eating.

"Mind saving some for us??" I joked, sitting next to Shelby. "Nope." Mikey said, who was on the other side of Shelby.

"What movie should we watch??" Luke asked, turning the tv on. Shelby and I looked at each other before saying in unison, "Mean Girls!!" "I am 100% fine with that." Luke said, Cal and Mikey nodding.

After he had put the movie in, Luke sat next to me and put an arm around my shoulder. I cuddled into him, and fell asleep half-way through the movie.

Calum's POV

Kaelyn and Shelby had both fallen asleep about half-way through the movie, Luke and Michael practically holding them.

Time for some match-making. I grinned, causing them to give me weird looks.

"You two need to ask them out." I said.

"Ugh, Calum." "Calum."

"What?? It isn't that hard to tell that you really like them, and Luke, you practically admitted it to me."

"Maybe in a few days, Cal. I still don't know if I like Kaelyn like that, and there is a lot going on right now." Luke said, Mikey agreeing.

"Whatever, but when you are happy couples and in love, you can thank me."

They both rolled their eyes before we all fell asleep.

A/N: I feel like this is shorter than other chapters...

And no, Luke and Mikey won't be asking Kaelyn and Shelby out rn, but maybe later on.
