Frogsite (Asta X Noelle)

Noelle pov

It started as a normal day, i woke up to Asta screaming while cleaning the house. He always is so loud, I cant get used to it. I would like to sleep a bit more, but since I am training him, I must be a good partner and help him as a noble. But today when i had my breakfast, capitan Yami came in holding Asta and Finral by their heads. He put them down next to me then looked like if he was searching for sombody else. "Capitan Yami!!! Why did you just bring us here? Is it a mission?" He asked whit an excited and happy voice. " What else would it be, kid?" he answered. " Have you seen Zora? I can never find that bastard when i would need him" he asked. We could only shake our head, then he just walked in the room jawning. Yami grabbed his head too whitin reaction time and threw him next to us on a chair. Then said " We got a mission in a small town named Frogsite. In the lake next to it lives a magical beast. Lately there it started attacking the fishermans for no reason. The citizens sais it never cared about people, sometimes came to the surface and went back underwater. They have no idea of what the problem could be. I am sending there the four of you to find out what went wrong. If you fail it, im gonna kill you! Thats all the informations, now go bastards! " he said the alst sentences screaming, then Finral opened a gate and we ran in. Capitan Yami can be so scary! '-_- i heard that Zora wanted to say something, but he was pulled in before he could say a peek.

And in no time, we were in Frogsite. The first thing i saw was a big, beautiful blue lake whit a fine looking town on its shore. The houses were mostly wooden, decorated whit cravings. And there was a castle on a hill, wich looked like if it came out of a fairy tale.Then i saw Zoras dissapointed face. "At least I wanted to have breakfast" he said. " Im gonna get something to eat. Go ahead whitout me!" but we knew if we let him go, we will only meet at the end, so we went whit him. We headed to the town, and everyone was staring at us. We bought a pocket donuts and ate them. Only one left. Asta broke the half and he handed it to me." Please take it" I didnt know what to do. I mean... Im a noble! Is he trying to commit me? I tried to say no, but he stuffed it in my mouth! I was shocked. He was eating the other half and his face was kinda cute and........ GEEEEEEZ, WHAT AM I THINKIN ABOUT?!? He is just a peasant! IM A NOBLE! I AM A NOBLE! My goodness...

Asta pov

When I saw it was the last donut, I decided to break it. Its fair that way. I didnt expect that Noelle would refuse it, so i put it in her mouth. But she started blushing and she freaked out and started screaming at me as she often does. Then I tudned around and realized, that Finral-senpai and Zora-senpai were already at the corner. I grabbed Noelles hand and started running. I shouted after them but they didnt stop. When we finally catched up to them, I looked back at Noelle. I saw she was blushing much harder than before. I said "Sorry" and let go of her hand. But she looked sad when Ive done that. So I took a deep breath and grabbed her hand again and continued walking. Hope she wont be mad.

Noelle pov

*doki doki*
He... He..... What is he.......... Hes holding my hand...... Damn it, even if hes just a peasant, I cant deny that he... Is.... Is really cute....

We were going to the townhall, where the entruster was waiting for us. We were almost there, when he looked at me smiled a little then we let go our hands before he could see us.

He told us new informations, for example this beast has an attack, wich can erease spells, but it is a kind creature, who you can speak to, and he is sure, that we will be able to calm him down without hurting it. It is an important part of the lakes life, so they dont want it to get killed. She has a name, Grugara. She is the cause of the lakes name, she looks almost like a giant frog, but has a longer, horns all over her spine, and a fishtail.

He gave us something to attract her attention. I raised a spell, to bring everyone under water safely. Everything went just fine, until she showed up.

She immediately attacked us. My spell got vanquished. We were deep in the water, far away from air. I panicked, and tried swimming up, but no use. She held us down. Then I saw that she had a spell on her, wich made her act strange.

We had to get closer, so Asta could erease it whit his antimagic, but she was strong and fast. We were all running out of air, so Finral used his magic to bring us back to the land, But she also took that spell down. So I looked at Zora, and swam away from each other. Before she was between us, i used the seadragons roar, and aimed it to Zora. So when he was in a good position, he let it go. Our plan worked, it was enough to knock her out so I pushed Asta as close as I could, but then... everything went blank.

My next memory is that I was on the shore, started coughing. Everybody staring at me, and Asta was the closest."Thank God" he said " I thought you were dead" I looked at them, and asked " What happened?" Zora answered my question "You almost drowned, but Finral brang you up." he gave a misterius gaze to Asta, then he and Finral walked away. We were now alone.

Asta pov

"When we broke the curse on Grugara, we saw you were in trouble.
So Finral opened a portal and brang you up. But when we checked, you werent breathing. So I had to use artificial respiration." I explained. I was so afraid of her reaction. I thought she will kill me, when I tell her, but she sat up and kissed me.
