Valt x Aiger (Vaiger :D )

Chapter 8-- The Wilderness

"Aww, c'mon Delta! This can't be THAT bad!" "Well, it WAS that bad! Do you know what you've just done!?" That was the first thing Valt woke up to hear. He slowly opened his eyes and sat up, then looked over at Dante and Delta to see what the problem was.

"Guys?...What.....what happened?" Valt asked rubbing his right eye. "This doofus here dropped our only way of food in the river! Now, it's headed downstream!" Delta fussed. Valt chuckled tiredly and got up. He got up and patted Delta on the shoulder. "Delta, he's only 11. You can't expect him to do EVERYTHING right.." Valt explained. Delta sighed and looked down. "I'm sorry...I guess I overreacted.." He whispered. Dante ran over and hugged Delta. "It's okay, Delta! I forgive you!" Dante said hugging him tighter. Delta smiled and rubbed Dante's short hair. Valt nodded to himself in approval and sat down on a stump. Now he was worrying on how to get food. They were already beside a river, but they had to move, because who knows what could stop by for a drink. Valt got up and started packing. Then he wondered, how did he end up falling asleep again? Was he that tired? Valt slowly took out the note from Aiger. He smiled and placed it deep into his pocket.

"Come on, guys! We gotta move!" Valt said enthusiastically. He picked up Naru and carried her on his back. Dante and Delta looked at each other in confusion then started packing up, following Valt with no questions. "Finally! I'm on a wilderness adventure!!" Dante yelled happily running around Valt, Delta, and Naru as they walked. Delta laughed at Dante because once he stopped running, he grabbed a huge stick and started chasing bugs with it. "Dante, what are you doing?" Delta asked. Dante shrugged and continued chasing bugs while keeping up with the group.

Valt had his eyes on the trail. He wanted to move fast, but not too fast. Naru slowly opened her eyes. "Hmm...we're on the road already..?' She asked wiping bother her eyes. Valt nodded then looked at the path. Naru got off Valt's back and went to have fun with Dante. While Dante and Naru were playing around with their babysitter *cough* Delta *cough* watching them, Valt kept his head up, hoping to reach Aiger soon.

Trainers wandering in the woods came across the abandoned building, confused because they never saw something like this before. They headed in to see Aiger sitting on the ground, sleeping. One of them approached Aiger, and tapped him on the shoulder. Aiger never opened his eyes, but spoke, "What do you want?" He asked sounding peeved. They shivered, but had a quick glance in his pocket to see Achilles. Their eyes widened and challenged him. Aiger burst out laughing. "WEAK! You have no right to be here....." He said standing up. The bladers growled, but and idea formed in Aiger's head. "I'll take you all on, at the same time." Aiger said smirking. A small sweat dripped from their faces, but they all agreed. Just in a few second, the opposing bey's have been shattered into pieces (not literally). Aiger laughed as the bladers fell to their knees. "H-how could you do this!? You used to be our beloved champion, what happened-" "SHUT UP!!" Aiger yelled scaring the daylights out of the bladers. Tears formed in their eyes as they ran out, with their bey pieces in hand.

Aiger sat back down. He growled at the thought of seeing Valt. He didn't want Valt to step by for a visit, he really despised him. He then looked at Achilles and once again entered the smoky atmosphere. He looked up at his bey's avatar and growled. "What do you want from me!?" Aiger yelled. No response. Aiger sighed. "Give Valt a chance, he only wants to love you again.." Achilles spoke calmly. Aiger growled again. "NO!! HE ONLY GETS IN MY WAY!!" "The only way he is showing you is back into the light. His feelings have deepened for you.." " HOW DO YOU KNOW HOW HE'S FEELING?! YOU KNOW WHAT?- I'M STARTING TO REGRET BLADING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!" Aiger yelled. He loved blading with all of his heart, but the darkness was too strong this time. Achilles had no response, which made Aiger growl more. He then exited the smoky terrain.
