𝓔𝓿𝓮𝓻𝔂𝓸𝓷𝓮 took note of how happy Katsuki was the next upcoming day. It annoyed his parents, It angered his classmates, yet Katsuki kept that smile on his face. Brighter than ever.

Maybe this is why his classmates beat on him extra harder than usual.

For once, he didn't seem to feel any of it. That overpowering type of joy still filled him to the brim. Running home, he quickly did all his chores, let his parents beat him once more, then rushed up to the attic. His smile never once leaving his face.

Not even bothering to start on his assignments, he immediately crushed himself into the blankets. Sleep consuming him in an instance.

~~~
"Katsuki? Katsuki!" Slowly opening his eyes back up, he revealed his parents still sitting at the dining room table. Their worried glances at him made him fill with even more joy.
They care about me.
"Hey, bud. You ok? You zoned out for a while." Katsuki only nodded his head at Masaru. His father let out a breath of relief.
The trio continued their breakfast, Katsuki moaning in delight at how delicious the food was. Looking over at his mom, who was reading an article on her phone, he called out to her.
"Uh, ma'am—" Mitsuki whipped her head up in shock. Masaru was is taken aback as well. Suddenly, all eyes were back at Katsuki. The surprise attention making him shiver.
"D-did I upset you—" the boy started before being cut off.
"No Katsuki, you usually call me an old hag," Mitsuki chuckled. "It was just a little off-putting."
Wondering why he would ever call someone like his mother a hag, he only nodded. His small smile returned to his face as he stuffed more rice into his mouth.
After the food was done, Katsuki quickly took the dirty plates from the table. Walking towards the kitchen, he noticed how the sink was piled with dirty dishes.
"Uh.....mom," Mitsuki hummed in response. "Should I wash the dishes?"
"Oh no Katsuki! I'll wash them later!"
More shock arose from the boy, he never thought that his mom would be washing the dishes. He washed the dishes every night but here, in his perfect world, he doesn't need to.
