The one and only

Chapter 6- this mission

I was waiting for Mallori. Mum and dad just left to go to the store. The clock read 11:44. I wondered when she was gonna come, she said to meet in my room at 12:00 sharp. As I was thinking Mallori came in. "What's the plan?" I asked.

She walked over to my desk and set a map down. "Ok so this is your room," She said pointing to a very detailed box, "We're going to go out your window and then to the park." She pointed to a green square. "You know how to get to the noble house of black from their?" I asked. "Oh me and Sienna have a plan." She smirked.

We waited for a few minutes. Mum usually forgot something and would have to come back. Once ten minutes past it was go time. We opened my window and looked down. "It's not a high jump." Mallori said looking down. She climbed through the window and jumped. "MALLORI!" I yelled. "I'm good." She yelled back standing up. I took a deep breathe and jumped.

I opened my eyes to see a girl laughing. "What is so funny." I asked my sister. "You really thought you were gonna get hurt," She laughed, "Your a wizard and I'm a witch." Some times I can forget that. I shook my head. "Come on lets go." I started walking.

We walked in complete silence. "We're nearly there." Mallori said looking straight ahead. "So you and Sienna would always meet here." I asked walking up to a bench. "Yep and now we wait." She said sitting next to me." "Wait for what?" I asked very confused. "You'll see." was all she said.

I saw she was looking up in the sky, So I did the same thing. All of a sudden a green firework sort of thing shot up into the sky. "Woah." I said. Mallori stood up. "And now we follow the green light." She said looking at me. The plan finally clicked in my brain. "You're a genius!" I happily yelled. "Well come on then." She said grabbing my hand. I cant wait.
