Origin of the Narwhals

Tonight was the 5th annual Carnival in Riftside. Mara and Charlie are planning to take Phee to her first carnival. But before that Charlie and Mara talk about their game plan in Mara's sanctuary for the rides and gather money for the games and tickets. All while Phee is playing with the lava lamps Mara bought for her claiming that she just saw them. But Charlie knew better. Once it is time they all get ready. Mara in a black and white long sleeve with a black shirt that Charlie made for her. It has the names of Charlie and Phee with a group picture on it. Phee and Charlie having one each but pink and yellow. Wearing black jeans with her Doc martins. Her hair down with a green clip holding her bangs out of her face. She then meets Phee and Charlie near the entrance of the Carnival. Phee wear her pink matching shirts with a black jacket she stole from Mara one day looking like it's big on her. With blue jeans and pink converse. Her hair in a braid with her bangs sticking out. Charlie is also wear the matching shirt she made for her friends with her Riftside high mage jacket stolen from Mara that looks very big on her. Having on black jeans with black boots stolen from Mara also. "Oh so it's just wear the stuff Mara that were missing but you actually stole from her kinda night?" Mara says noticing her stolen items. "Yep" both Charlie and Phee respond. " Mara shakes her head chuckling. "What are we waiting for? Let's goooo!" Phee says excitedly grabbing Charlie and Mara's hand dragging them threw the entrance. Mara and Charlie just laugh.Once inside with their wristbands to let them ride what ever they want they walk to the Roller coaster. "The Magic" It has 2 loops with a 300 meter drop. Phee got scared and tried to run away. But Mara caught her. Charlie and Mara had to drag Phee onto the ride. "Mara Charlie please it's scary!" Phee says pleading. "Uh No" Charlie says Mara just laughing. They get all in the only 3 person sit that Mara and Charlie made sure they had cause now they had Phee. The ride starts and Phee just closes her eyes. Mara and Charlie cheer. During the ride Phee can hear Mara and Charlie having a good time and wants to open her eyes. Then she feels a hand on hers. She open her eyes to see Maras hand on her own but Mara acts like she didn't do it. It clams Phee and she enjoys the rest of the ride with her friends. After the ride they get on many more rides. This only being Charlie's 2nd time she already knows where everything is. Charlie then sees a new addition to the Carnival. "Riftside Escape Room" It reads. Charlie grabs Mara and Phees writs and drags them to the building. "We need to do this." Charlie says. Phee looks at Mara waiting for her to answer. She doesn't mind as long she's with her friends. "I don't see why not" Mara says and Phee nods agreeing. Charlie cheers and they go to the entrance. They go to the hardest one determined to finish the record of 30 mins. They start and end with the new record of 10 mins. Charlie and Mara did most of the work Phee just talking about just anything. They then start making their way to the last ride they wanted to ride when Phee sees 2 narwhal plushies one Green and the other one Pink at a game booth. "Mara look!! They have our colors!!" Phee points as Mara looks. "Oh they do!" Charlie then gets an idea. "Hey Mara I bet that you can't win both." She challenges Mara. "Of course I can." Mara says walking up to the booth. Phee skips over with Mara happy to be getting the plush. Charlie just laughs and follows. At the booth the only way Mara can win both is if the hits both targets. Mara then gets the balls only having 2. Mara aims then throws the ball hitting the first target.The second target starts to move and Mara hits it. "YES!!" Mara says Charlie and Phee cheer for her. Mara gets both and they walk out of the way for the next people. "Here you go Phee." Mara says handing her the pink plush. Phee pouts. "Why are you pouting? It's pink!" Charlie says confused. "I wanted the green one." She says only loud enough for Charlie and Mara to hear. "But pink is your color?" Charlie says more confused. "Cause it reminds me of Mara and I want that to be in my room." She says blushing. Mara then starts to blush. Charlie rolls her eyes. Then she takes the green and pink plush and switch their owners. "There now it's all resolved. Now let's go ride the fairest wheel!" Charlie says dragging the blushing girls. They get to the fairest wheel and wait in line. They talk about what they're gonna do tomorrow after school when it's finally their turn. "Only 2 at a time." The man says. "Aw come on!" Phee says. Then Mara and Charlie get an idea. They look at each other to see if they are thinking of the same thing. They nod then Mara speak. "Aw well I guess you and Charlie can go Phee i'll take one myself. "Yeah I guess that's okay." Charlie says pouting and Phee clueless pouts also. Mara waits while they get in. Then she and Charlie breaks into action. Charlie knocks over the guy and Mara presses the button that starts the fairest wheel and jumps on with Charlie and Phee sitting between them. It takes off and they buckle the belt. "Yeah Mara we did it!!" Charlie says High-fiving."Wait you guys planned that? When?" Phee says confused. "Yep!" Charlie says proud. "We didn't it just happen." Mara says answering her second question. "Wow you guys are so ice!!" Mara and Charlie look at each other with confusion. "Ice?" Mara asks. "Yeah someone told me that's another way to say cool." Phee respond. "Phee that's not correct." Mara says. "Maybe don't listen to people that aren't me and Mara from now on" Charlie says. Phee nods. The wheel comes to a stop and they are at the top. "Wow it's so pretty!" Phee says. Mara and Charlie nod. Before them is a view of Riftside. "After this we should have a sleep over in the sanctuary." Charlie suggest. Mara nods. "Yeah!" Phee says. They smile at each other then the fairest wheel starts again.
