days have passed and dong-hyun and y/n's friendship became stronger. some of their classmate mistakently thought that they are couple which is now normal to them since many have asked them already.

its school fair today. its. finally. last. week. of. school.

jake was about to shout at y/n when he busted in her room but surprisingly, y/n is awake and doing some retouches, making her more pretty.

"wow for the first time" jake said as he claps, approaching y/n. she just glared at him through the mirror and chuckled.

"oh! its eomma(mom)!" jake said as he heard the ringtone from his cellphone. they quickly accepted the call and faced on jake's phone.

"eommaaaa!! appaaaaaa(dad)!" they exclaimed in unison which made their parents laugh.

"annyeong!" they greeted back. "wah y/n! you really grew up" her dad said.

"she really grew up! she has a crush now!" jake shouted as y/n tries to cover his mouth. "i don't have. really!" she denies.

"aigoo when we go home, you should tell us everything!" her mom said which made jake laughed at y/n.

they chitchat a little bit and ended the call because they might be late to their fair.

"ya! jake i don't have a crush!" she said as she hits jake's arm. "i'm just teasing you chill"

they went downstairs and said goodbye to lyala.

"you have a match today right?" she said as she closes the car's door. he nodded and said, "the opposing team is dong-hyun's"

"waaah? oh no who should i cheer?" she said as she puts her hand on her chin, gesturing thinking. "ya! you should not think about it anymore! you should cheer for your brother!" jake said as he drives.

y/n laughed at jake's reaction.

they have arrived at school and jake's friends approached them.

"oohh soccer player" sunghoon said as he looks at jake proudly. "cheer for our team" jake said as he wraps his arm to jay's shoulders.

"cheer for me tomorrow" jungwon said and pouted. "we will of course" heeseung said which made jungwon smile.

"father and son moments" y/n said and chuckled. heeseung just rolled his eyes along with jungwon.

"so we're just going to stand and talk here at the parking lot?" ni-ki said, showing that he is bored. "aww are you bored?" sunoo said as he makes baby noise. ni-ki just glared at him which made sunoo scared and the others laughed.

they went inside their campus and many booth can be seen as well. "waaahh cotton candy!" y/n exclaimed as she points to it.

"waaahh!" jungwon exclaimed to as he saw where y/n is pointing. for short, they both like cotton candy.

"jake let's go thereee!" y/n said as she pulls jake's shirt, dragging him. "go with jungwon" he replied.

she stared at him and gave him a smile. "okay fine" she said as she pulls jungwon's arm and cling with it as they walk towards the booth.

"sometimes they act like a couple actually" jay said as he whispers to them.
all of them are looking at jungwon and y/n. "ehh y/n isn't interested in dating. she doesn't even have a crush" jake said, whispering, still observing the two.

y/n's arm is still clinging unto jungwon's. "u-uh sorry" she said as she took her arm off of jungwon's and chuckled embarassingly.

"its okay" he said as he looks at y/n. they arrived at the booth and observed the one who is making cotton candy.

"hii! welcome to soft cloud!" a girl greeted them but the girl seems familiar to y/n. it was aera.

aera was assigned in booths and unfortunately, she was assigned in y/n's favorite booth which made her looked to their memories.

aera has changed after having a boyfriend. she ignores y/n like they haven't know each other yet.

y/n stares at her and just smiled weakly which jungwon noticed so he held her hand.

"o-oh sorry" y/n said and chuckled nervously. "i want the flower-shaped cotton candy please"

"how about you?" she said, referring to jungwon. "uhm maybe i like flower-shaped as well" he replied and smiled to aera.

they watched as they make the cotton candies. their hands are still together which somewhat made them warm.

"here" y/n said as she reached the money to aera and thanked her.

they wander around the school fair and just sat at the bleachers where the soccer game will be held in a few minutes.

"you don't have to pay for me" jungwon said as he eats his cotton candy. she chuckled and said, "no its okay"

"mind if i ask you something?" he asked as he faced y/n. she hummed in response and faced him also.

"what happened to both of you?"

"aera and i?" she said and weakly smiled. he nodded and continues to eat cotton candy.

"well i don't know. she changed after having a boyfriend. i thought she's my ride and die forever but i think its just my thoughts.

i really never imagined that this would happen actually but i don't really care. i just want to cry about it but i know my tears will be wasted.

so i just let it happen since i just don't know what to do. that's also the reason why i became more closer to you. to all of you because i was too scared to be alone."

she explained to jungwon who is full ears listening. "aww that's too bad but don't worry we're here" he said as he comforts y/n.

"well, how about dong-hyun? where is he?" he asked, being curious. "he is at the athlete's room since he is a soccer player that's why he's not with me now" she replied and chuckled.

"how about you? why are you not in the athlete's room? you're joing taekwondo right?" she said as she points to jungwon. he nodded and said, "taekwondo will be held tomorrow that's why"

they continued chitchatting and laughing which made them closer.

few minutes later, the others started coming since soccer will start. "oh let's sit there." jungwon said as he points to their friends who are sitting at the front bleachers.

"hey! you're in time" jay said as he pats the vacant seats. "well, we are here too earlier. we're just sitting at the back" y/n said.

"ARE YOU READY FOR THE SOCCER GAME?" the host suddenly shouted which made students scream loud as they cheer for their team.

"LET'S WELCOME THE TEAMS!"
